It’s very easy to bring donations. Line’s never too long. Not sure what else you could want from a goodwill donation express. Way to go goodwill team.

Please never donate to goodwill. They’re greedy and not about helping the needy. They removed all their fitting rooms except for at the boutique in Winter Park (where they bring the nicer items for the weather people). If you buy clothes and they don’t fit then you only have THREE DAYS to EXCHANGE them - and NOT for store credit. You have to actually find however much moneys worth in new items to exchange. And it has to all be at one store. You can’t exchange some items at one place and the rest at another. So if you buy $100 worth clothes and they don’t fit good luck finding $100 worth of stuff you want instead within three days at one location. Absolute TRASH. The owners make millions on *donated* items and their whole business model allows them to pay employees less thanks to old loopholes. You have lost a lifelong customer, Goodwill. Corporate greed at its finest.

The Staff were very helpful and efficient getting my brother and I in and out offloading our donations making multiple visits. We appreciated their assistance, patience and joyful manner. It was a pleasure going there and made us feel good about choosing them to donate to. Thank you.

Hit or miss; some of the attendants are great and helpful; others seem to be put out by having to work, accepting donations of goods that enable Goodwill to make money. I struggle to decide to continue giving any donations.
