This is not a store! Blue bins everywhere with no rhyme or reason to what's in them! Tried this store twice since I work with the Circle K nearby. Not ADA friendly! Second time was more tame but this store needs racks and shelves with clothing separated into men's, women's and children's sections!

The experience was very bad, the employees were racist because we were Hispanic and when paying one of the employees told them not to charge us and the cashier agreed to throw away the basket of clothes without charging us for nothing and it was all a waste of time very bad service.

Worst employees constantly yelling rudely to customers. The bathroom is locked when asked to open it, the restrooms are dirty.

We decided to check out this location NEVER AGAIN!!!! It was a site to see how the customers digging for stuff. The furniture( which I went to look for) was worthy of the dump, busted and dirty .I couldn't get out of there fast enough. On the outside some dude trying to pick up a woman going inside. A homeless appearing woman changing clothes in the parking lot. A man in a wheelchair partially dressed brushing his teeth . Homeless appearing men standing around on the entrance to stores and sleeping across the concrete in front of the stores. This place was awful!!!

The worst Goodwill I’ve ever seen all I needed was a pair of slacks and a shirt the first thing I saw coming out the car was a man talking to himself loudly then I go in and see no clothes hung up only a bunch of clothes thrown in bins nothing organized so I asked an employee their if they had any slacks and she said I had to go through each bin to find out ai immediately walked out the place and went to the Salvation Army that had all of their items organized nicely.

Very frustrated by this location. They say they close at 5, but they decided to kick everyone out at 4:30. This is not the first time some employee has arbitrarily told everyone to check out early. I drove 30 minutes and got there at 4:30 expecting to have time to get books for our little free library. No sooner had I walked in than I was told I would have to leave. I told them that I still had half an hour and they said everyone had to check out right away or would not be allowed to check out. Before you say to come earlier, I get out of work at 4 with 30 minutes drive to this place, so that isn't an option. I can understand telling people to get in line 10 minutes before closing, but shutting everyone out half an hour before closing is not ok. At that point you should change you business to close 4:30 because that is literally what was being enforced.

THERES A POLICE MAN SITTING OUTSIDE THE DOORS. Some might say I’m just not cut out for “bins” but I will not be returning. The staff isn’t rude but they’re not helpful. It was my first time going and I had no idea about waiting in line for new bins. I made the mistake of doing that thinking I would find something good and the only thing I found was assaulted. The people (customers) thrifting are crazy and it’s really sad to see people get so worked up over the things goodwill could not sell. I had ladies pushing and shoving me for sports bras and t shirts. The few things I took home were not worth dealing with how this bin location is ran. My friends and I drove almost an hour to be disappointed.

The staff at this location are wonderful and helpful. I had lost my phone there. The manager quickly started to check the cameras to see where I last had it and the staff bringing out the bins said they would help me look. I was so distraught that the one employee gave me a hug. They all cheered when I found my phone. So thankful for such kind and caring staff! Thank you!

The actitud of the woman at the front door just sucks, she’s so rude is 4:30 and she stop me yelling at me saying that the store is close when is not 5:00 yet.Make yourself a favor and don’t waste your time coming at this store.

This is my worst experience in this place. They should inspect the workers of this place. They treat you very badly. A worker who was sweeping the place tells us that they are already closed. It is 4.30 pm when it says on Google Maps that it will be at 5pm. This place has Very bad reputation, it seems like they would be working for free, they don't put any effort into it. Don't buy from this place, they should fire all the workers, look at the other comments.

Waste of time if you're looking for anything other than clothes. That's about all that is available, and the employees will shoo you away from anything else. No go areas are completely unmarked, so you have employees shouting at you from across the building. Definitely won't be going back.

Definitely the worst goodwill I've ever seen. Cops everywhere, the place has a bit of a smell, there are no clothes racks, just bins! Head somewhere else!
