Called several times in a row, most didn’t answer and the other ones either picked and didn’t answer (you could hear rock music on background) and other picked up and hung up. Like They don’t want to service.

I will preface by stating I have not been to this establishment before. Normally, I go directly to UPS or FedEx and they print the label there or scan a QR code for items I am shipping. I popped by this business because of it's convenient location in a time crunch however, there was little convenience with regards to the service the woman with the black hair provided. This was the first time I had a label printed at a location which charged for printing. After the transaction, the woman asked me IF I had 27cents to give her. I asked her why, she said because she printed the label for me.
Understand that it is not a 27cent issue, it is a transparency matter. When I asked her why did she not mention the cost of printing the label prior, she became defensive stating "well you should know, it's a service and you have to pay for it" - I found 27 cents in my purse and handed it to her - no receipt for this was provided. As someone in sales as well as training and development, I then noted, "may i suggest in the future to not assume someone knows of additional charges. A simple 'hey that will be just 27 cents, is that ok?' would be beneficial when it comes to service and transparency" - This apparently set her off as she became combative and nasty. I am not sure who hired this woman to work in a customer facing service capacity but she is in serious need of coaching, learning to not assume what other's know or do not know, and in dire need of learning how to communicate with respect towards others.

Insane lines and the staff is not friendly or working to speed the process along. Additionally, they didn’t have the products I needed (stamps!). Just go to USPS.

Wrong open hours listed. I rushed there before work and arrived at 8:20 am to find that they were closed. Opening hours are listed as 8:00 am.

Not very friendly at all. Said they are not a ups store, and yet the sign says otherwise. Don’t waste your time with this location.

What's going on here? I have been a customer here for over 9 years and for the last few months, service is getting worse. Untrained staff, need basic customer service practices. I sent my printing job, by email, and even called to confirm and give them an extra hour more from the time frame they asked for the job and when we arrived, nothing was done. I waited another 15 minutes there and after, the job was done wrong because they didn't read my instructions. I miss the old crew

First and last time I come here. Had a USPS prepaid barcode to return an item. Supposed to be a quick in and out, however because they don’t have the proper equipment to scan and print the barcode needed, they needed to charge me to print and then up charge that because I paid with a card. After that I asked for a receipt of barcode as it was a pricey return, and they couldn’t provide. NOT A TRUE USPS USPS for packages.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Save yourself the time and frustration. Unfortunately, most people won’t bother to look at reviews until after a mishap has occurred. I dropped off a package for USPS here. A week later, and after checking the tracking number, the package is nowhere in the USPS network. These people claimed it was “picked up” by USPS. One employee even went as far as attempting to ridicule me for having the apparent audacity of asking where my package was.
