Technician was scheduled for mobile glass repair on a Friday between 8am-1pm with a note on my account that I had a 2pm appt to prioritize my job earlier. Called the tech at 12:30 pm who says he won't be able to get to me until 2pm because the shop overbooked him. Called shop to try to reschedule and they instead moved me to the 1-5pm slot and argued with me that the tech would 100% make it when I told them the tech sounded over booked. The tech never showed, never called, the shop never called me to address it, apologize or try to reschedule but instead texts messages me on a Monday at almost 5pm asking for my address saying they rescheduled me for Tuesday. This was rescheduled without consulting me or my schedule or any recognition that they were sorry the tech never showed or Called. The customer service was so unprofessional. You need to communicate with your customers instead of just ignoring when you can't deliver as promised. Stop over booking your techs and if there's a priority note regarding time on an a job profile, the tech needs to read it, as my tech had no idea that was there until I called him.

The whole team is amazing and so nice.I had the pleasure of working with Scott and Carlos as well as the front office Megan and Theresa. All have been so amazing, professional, patient. Making the overall process pleasant. I highly recommend for all of your services.

Glass America works with State Farm insurance. I called State Farm because I had a large crack appear on my windshield. Without issues, they immediately contacted Glass America, who immediately contacted me. I made my appointment for three days later, at my job, so that I wouldn't miss any work. This was extremely convenient for me. The appointment was made with the standard 8-5 range but my glass technician contacted me early and was at my job ready to work by 10am. The technician, Carlos C, was respectful, kind and very, very efficient. In less than an hour, my windshield was replaced! Should I ever need auto glasses services again, I will not hesitate to contact Glass America!

Absolute Joke. Rescheduled on me both times without a heads up. And supposedly ordered two windshields to be sure it didn’t happen second time. And here we are, cracked windshield and no courtesy call. No care for my schedule. Do not recommend unless you just want to mess your schedule up. A phone call day prior would have been all I needed.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Did awesome job. Came to my work and the cost ended up being a little less than quoted. Also, I called and they got me in the schedule for the following day. Lifetime warranty the installer told me. I was very happy with the service in all aspects

Quick and Good service! Setup appointment to replace my windshield and they were at my house just a few days later.2 men arrived on appointment day and they were able to replace my whole windshield in about 20 minutes. They were gone before i even noticed.Very happy with service provided.

Glass America has the worst customer service. They scheduled an appointment for me and never showed up. I called 5 times and the despatcher never returned my calls. At 7pm I received a TEXT from someone who said that is the manager saying that they don't have the windshield in stock. So, I guess they don't check their inventory when scheduling the appointments. Not recommended at all. There are other places like Orange Blossom Auto Glass where the service is outstanding.

Fast service, polite staff, and they got the right part! Was dealing with another company but had issues - came here and was immediately relieved to deal with qualified and kind people. Would work with again.
