The store is so cute and well displayed. The lady working there by herself is really sweet. I came looking for hair to do mini twists, but they charge double than what I saw at another beauty supply. I can’t speak for the rest of their stock, but that was more than what I needed to see.

I recently moved here to Pine hills from NYC and was trying this beauty supply store, i saw the sign said Grand opening and I love supporting small businesses and I asked the owner congratulations on grand opening and she explains that’s been up there for three years (fasle advertisement) . I am a man with long luscious hair, so it is very hard for me to be comfortable and finding products for my hair I explained. So the owner explained that this particular hair product is what I need. Long story short, the spray Bottle was defective, and the actual product was low quality and did not meet my expectations as specified . I recently spoke to an employee and she ran to the back and told the owner assuming “she’s on lunch” about the situation and she said it’s OK to exchange of equal value. So i was inform of another bottle of same value will be ok to exchange. So upon check out, the owner came out from “lunch” and looked at me and at first glance her demeanor was very hostile and informed me that I am wrong and there’s nothing wrong with this product. I explained to her that it clearly does not work and does not do its job and she became even more hostile towards me. Not sure why but as a business owner the customer is always right and for a product that was only $7 she lost a potential customer. I do alot of business here in Orlando and always keep it Professional, so i really hope things change at Glam beauty very clean business but the owner needs alot of training in customer service . So to anyone looking to buy beauty supply products here in Pine Hills do yourself a favor and “DO NOT GO TO GLAMOROUS BEAUTY . They sell defective merchandise and low quality products the owner is a money hungry person that does not care about her customersonly $$$ . I hope I save someone the time and money and stress that I went through. Have a great and stay bless yall .

I first visited this establishment, looking to purchase a few items.The shop assistant was unhelpful, although she said she would assist me with purchasing a wig.Although I eventually purchased 2 wigs, it was an unpleasant experience.This assistant did not smile, although I explained I could do with her help.I had planned on purchasing more items but decided I would go somewhere else.On speaking to a relative, I was informed she also experienced the same attitude.I found another establishment that I highly recommend. The shop assistants are extremely helpful. They have a vast variety of products.
