Staff was quite rude to everyone that arrived within 10 minutes of closing time and moved at a snail's pace while reminding everyone in the store they close at 7 and open at 9am. Grown men acting like petulant children to customers. Made me not even want to sell anything I had planned to them regardless of what they offered... which was a joke. Sneakers that sell for 300+ online and they offered $20. Laughed and sold them on GOAT for $280. Don't use pawn shops, just sell your stuff online.

They sold me a broke flat screen tv yesterday evening. I realized it was broke when I hooked it up at home after about 30 minutes the color faded and the tv began flickering. I said because of my work schedule I can not come today and they said if I don't come by today they will not let me return it. Thanks for taking my money and selling me your trash!

My recent encounter with Value Pawn left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Dealing with employee Ceasar was an unfortunate experience that compelled me to leave this one-star review.Firstly, I was charged an extra $2 for the simple act of picking up my pawn because I lacked a piece of paper, a trivial requirement considering they would have discarded it anyway. This felt like a clear instance of nickel-and-diming customers, and I found it both unjust and unnecessary.Furthermore, the overall customer service left much to be desired. Instead of a helpful and understanding approach, there was a lack of empathy and a failure to prioritize customer satisfaction. In my opinion, a business should value its customers and not impose seemingly arbitrary charges.I’ve been a customer for some time, but this experience has left me with serious reservations about returning. I hope this review prompts the necessary improvements in customer service and fee transparency at Value Pawn.

Do ya’l want customers or na? I walk up and say hello a couple times before some old lady says “I’m just gonna have to wait”. and get left waiting at some prison gate without any kind of conversation.And I’m 100% not a rude person.

Went to the store to pick up my items and they “closed” 15 minutes or more earlier than the hours of operation listed on the actual store sign. The lady was inside the store cleaning the counter and ran to the back. I stood at the door and waited and knocked (while on video camera clearly employees seen me) and they all ignored me. worst customer experience ever!
