CAREFUL! 2 things happened:1- Garmin product was defective in the first few days. I managed to get back to the store in time, but they stated that it was not a defect but rather a reset due to pressing some buttons at the same time.2- I insisted on the exchange, but the Sellers calmed me down by stating that the guarantee was valid in Brazil. Garmin Worldwide Warranty.As there were a few hours left before the flight back to Brazil, I accepted and brought it.End of the storyOFFICIAL GARMIN STORE IN SíO PAULO DOES NOT ACCEPT NF AS A WARRANTYIT REALLY WAS A DEFECT.

This garmin store Rips you off they charged me $25 more for my shockz then best buy and Amazon and Disney springs stores.. have priced very disappointing... for the same model headphones
