I like this Gap Factory! Great people work here! They found a cap. which my child forgot and they even cleaned it! This store always has a good selection. Every time I visit Orlando I do a lot of shopping here.

I had a very pleasant experience there today. Everyone in the store was pleasant, professional and helpful. I found pants that I thought have been discontinued ( couldn’t order them even on line ) Gap quality at the very affordable price.

After shopping for 35 minutes went to check out. No one in line , no at register. Three people doing nothing just folding and ignoring me. Worst customer service left with out my items.
