I’m giving this receiver 5 stars for having overnight parking , a clean bathroom for drivers at the check in office and friendly staff. You will be waiting for a while to unload as with most grocery or produce places we deliver products to.

#CAPSTONE "Logistics" has infested this warehouse .. IF REDELIVERY FEES CAME AFTER 2 HOURS, THIS DETENTION NONSENSE WOULD STOP...Expect typical Capstone Delays ??Good Luck getting done in time to pickup another load today or finishing a multi drop load ?

Reviews scared me on the way here for a delivery but went great for me. Checked in at 6am for 8am appt. Out of the gate at 8am.

The people are friendly enough. However they take their sweet time. Definitely no concern for the drivers time. Lumper has been paid for well over an hour and still do not have bills. As far as facility, plenty of room to back. Minimal room to stage based on how they have their trucks scattered everywhere and how many drivers are waiting. 2 stars for my wasted time. Will consider other loads before delivering here again.As of right now 7 hours since check in.

Quick to check in. Quick to get a door. Quick to unload. Very slow to get bills, which should be the easiest and fastest part of the whole process. They're one of the rare places that still have a silly lumper fee. Plenty of overnight parking.

This is the worst place to deliver to in central Florida!! Every time I come here with one or two pallets it’s at least five or six hours. Stay away from this place and reject their freight, that’s the only way things can change.
