I came today to this outlet to purchase three watches as gifts for my relatives. I spent $242 and the cashier refused to give me a bag per each watch which was ridiculous. I even bought a hand bag for $55 as a separate purchase and I had to place it in another shopping bag just to make sure my watches can get a bag…That’s a $297 purchase… and that I have to insist for a extra bag is outrageous. Name of rep is on the receipt.

I had a great experience here tonight. I was greeted when I came in and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically, Mariah helped me to resize my watch and she was very knowledgeable and got it done very quickly. I truly appreciate the help and will definitely be back here!

I was celebrating my birthday and I passed by the outlet, I saw the fossil store and I couldn't resist and I had to buy two watches, one for casual wear and another for going out. They had them for two for $109, with a 2-year warranty. They treated me very well and they have staff who speak Spanish

I give them a star so I can go in and tell about my experience in the store tonight there were only two employees, a guy with black hair who was not very tall spoke Portuguese, I'm not sure, and a girl, I was the only customer and the service was terrible, I asked the price and the man told me cheap when I was ready to pay from the register I said I'm ready 4 times out loud he looked at me and ignored me he just yelled from there to wait for me until the girl came out from behind the warehouse where she had gone so as not to attend to me So with that being said, I let you know that if I bought because I like the quality of the brand, it is a shame that a store with so much history and quality is failing because they do not have good customer service. I hope that soon they will be able to invest in better staff that will contribute more to them and I am sure that their store will be what it was many years ago.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING FOSSIL WATCHES AND APPAREL FOR OVER 10 PLUS YEARS AND I WAS ON VACATION IN ORLANDO AND VISTED THE VINELAND OUTLET MALL LOCATION , I WAS TREATED POORLY AND THE MANAGER DID NOT CARE TO HELP ME IN ANYWAY , AT THAT POINT LEFT THE STORE AND WENT TO THE INDENPENDENT LOCATION WHERE I HAD A REALLY RECEIVED AWESOME HELP FROM THE MANAGER HER NAME IS JENNIFER AND I WAS THRILLED FOR HER HELP, AND I WAS ABLE TO BUY EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE BECAUSE SHE WAS SO HELPFUL.i AM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I FEEL THAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT IF THE SERVICE YOU WANT IS NOT BEING HANDLED CORRECTLY FIND ANOTHER LOCATION THAT WILL SERVE YOU BETTER.~!!~ J
