Excellent care and teamwork. I had an emergency with my dog last weekend. Michael, a medical assistant, Dr. Haines and Dr. Rosario, even the ladies on the front desk, Jannise and Rachel, all o then are great people and very professional. I just have words of gratitude for all of them. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Not only for the discount, but also for your help and care to my dog on a Saturday. I very much recommend this place.

My cat wasn't feeling well this morning, I called in the early afternoon and was able to bring him in 30 minutes later.
The staff is always friendly and concerned about my cat's health and wellness.

I recently brought my dog here for a routine teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, following the procedure, I received a concerning phone call informing me that my dog might have stage 2 chronic kidney disease. A follow-up test was recommended.
When I was called back I was initially met with a sales pitch for additional teeth extractions. I declined this and requested to see the X-rays. After some insistence, I was still not able to obtain the X-rays, finally I received the test results, which indicated that my dog was simply dehydrated.
Upon picking up my dog, I noticed that the nail trimming had been done inadequately. The manager subsequently contacted me, offering multiple excuses for the staff's behavior and attempting to provide medical advice. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe that taking responsibility for the situation is essential. I hope that this incident will lead to improved practices and a more patient-focused approach.

They had same day appointment, very efficient with check in and weighing. They were very thorough and thoughtful with the care and examined her infront of me. This gave Kleira a lot of confidence. Thank you forever pet staff for your dedication!

Do your animals a favor and Don’t Go Here! It is ran by Hostile management! I witness the rudest manager named Lara Ive Ever met! I will not be bringing my dogs to this place until they replace management!!! The way I witnessed the manager treating her employees made me feel very uncomfortable leaving my fur babies here! I would not want my dogs around such unprofessional management! I feel terrible for the employees that have to deal with her! Do your animals a favor and find a vet where the people running it are Actually Kind Humans! I Hope this Vet finds better management! It would be an Amazing place but the Manager destroys the feeling of this place! I will continue to search for a more Loving and Caring community Vet for my Fur Babies!

Squeezed us in last minute for a quality of life appointment. Another vet recommended euthanasia but this vet has given us more time with our Labrador. Appreciate their care and expertise!
