EDIT: After going through everything below I want to shout out to Jan who took major effort to right the whole situation and get this test done for me!!! You are much appreciated!!!!I sent my product in TWO months ago, and have been periodically reassured that it "was up for being tested soon" ... I decided to check in AGAIN with the progress today (having certain materials break tested) and was left shell shocked when the manager got on the phone and said they WILL NOT be break testing the material. I have been PATIENTLY waiting FOR TWO MONTHS (my product arrived at their store on September 5th) and ONLY JUST TODAY (nov 17th) did they decide to tell me that they WON'T be doing what they said they could and would do.

Totally disappointed in the failed product and advisement to purchase said product. No customer service after many glitches with the product, ultimately ending in complete failure of the product. Was advised by FWR to purchase said product, I did, and they profited from it. When problems with the product began to occur they were of no help. Upon complete failure of the product, once again, was greeted by poor customer service telling me the product performed just as it should have and they were unable to help me remedy the situation going forward and were quite content to let me exit the store as a completely disappointed customer. If you are looking for product knowledge and product backing, do not do business here. Only giving them one star because it wouldn't let me give them no stars.

These guys are awesome. I had some cable made up for a job and it is extremely well crafted. Probably the best I have seen. Parts are at a great price and everyone is friendly. I will definitely continue to buy from this company and I encourage you to do the same if you are looking for this type of gear.
