I can't recommend this company more highly. I found them through the Better Business Bureau ratings when I was in a jam. My husband had a kidney transplant and I was pushing him for all the doctors appointments in a manual wheelchair. Then I dislocated my shoulder, but I had to get him to his appointments. I know, my family threatens to wrap me in bubble wrap! I had a scooter from before I had my knee replacements; the battery had died, and I had let it go. Then I realized I needed it to be fixed so I could get my husband back-and-forth to the transplant center. James and his crew were wonderful. I explained my predicament and he came out that morning. He picked up my pride mobility scooter and took it back to the shop. He brought it back to me that same day. I never even asked about the cost because I was kind of at his mercy. But he was extremely fair and kind. If I ever need more repairs, I will call this company.

In need of a walker before knee surgery so I decided to see what Florida Mobility had. I checked your website deliberately to see what hours you were open. Says Sat. 9-4 so I went on Sat. only to find the door locked and a tiny sign on the door saying covid hours Mon-Fri. I am disgusted - I wasted my time and gas driving from Apopka to S. Orange Ave because I expected the store to be open. You lost a sale - I went home and ordered from Amazon!

We had a mobility scooter that was very loose, and so we brought it to this place, and the scooter was fixed in less than 5 minutes without any charge whatsoever. I would totally recommend going to this place for it's generous staff!

I have been to this location twice in trying to decide what scooter to purchase for my elderly mother. Both times I had excellent and very patient assistance from James (Jim) and Allen. My mother was able to try out the scooter we were considering and James helped me learn how to take it apart and put it back together again. I found the pricing at Florida Mobility better than many places and I like that the scooter can be serviced here by Allen, who really knows what he's doing. We did ultimately buy the Pride Elite Traveler 4 wheeled scooter, from them, along with their batteries for life plan.I would definitely recommend buying from this company but I would also recommend that if you don't purchase your product on the day they quote you, get a written quote so you won't have a problem later.

Thank you Jim and to all the employees that helped me when I most needed the help. I originally called to rent a bariatric hospital bed for my husband who was in car accident, but they gave me a great price for a used one. Not only that, they were so amazing that they came to my house (pretty far away from them) to deliver and install it on the eve of storm (hurricane) Nicole. I am extremely grateful to them and I 100% recommend them!! Thank you all❤️

It’s rare in this post-Covid world to experience great service anymore but from the moment I first called this business and interacted with Ernie, I was blown away and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The Store manager Alan couldn’t have done more to make this purchase simple and was incredibly friendly as was the owner James. With so many choices of businesses to purchase from I would highly recommend Florida mobility for any of your medical or mobility needs. Thank you for an incredibly positive interaction.

Worst customer service ever! The scooter never made it a full day at a park! Don’t waste your time or money here! They had all the excuses possible, I’m guessing because they have unhappy customers frequently!

I had a mishap at Publix my scooter lift my harness wire got clipped. I went to Florida mobility they were extremely helpful in fixing my wire so I can take my scooter off the back car. I can’t say enough they were extremely courteous & caring to help me out. I would recommend them for any mobility services.

Thank you for having a victory scooter available and delivered to my hotel.Drivers were courteous and helpful.I recommend them over any other. I kept getting the run around from other companies told you can just get it inside Disney World. Yes but you better be ready to walk a long way inside the park to get it.Having one delivered and able to get on bus to Disney made for a wonderful time with my family and my first visit to Disney World.

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He had no customer service whatsoever. I called to ask questions because my family and I will be in Florida for a family vacation and was inquiring for my mom. Even if they had what I needed, they wouldn't get my money. Absolutely horrible

I talked to James Weingarten on the phone about filling a prescription for my compression socks for my legs.He told me to come down and see him that he would gladly take care of me.James took the time to remeasure my legs to be sure the prescription measurements were accurate and to my surprise they had changed .He got me in and out in good time which was awesome for me having other errands to run.I highly recommend James to anyone because he really cares for his customers! Thanks James!
