I have been doing business with Synovus Bank for five years. It’s a small regional bank, but the service is amazing. I have done business with them commercially and personally and I haven’t experienced nothing but good things. Alfred Handy and Tabatha at the Windermere location are a cut above the rest. I would highly recommend anyone Starting an account with him and doing business with them. They are truly amazing.

Joe is awesome! He helped me set up my business account with ease and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
The bank messed up trying to send me my card, but he made it right!
The bank has a few weird corporate quirks, but they're not a huge deal.
The customer service more than made up for the slight trouble I had.
