Floor and Decor 3113 E Colonial Dr Orlando Florida 32803 is an awesome place to shop for flooring. DeVonte in sales took care of us and did a wonderful job from locating our flooring to helping us find trim for the walls and floor. He also assisted in getting the 66 boxes of flooring to the loading area. If that wasn't enough He helped load our 2 SUV'S with assistance from the loading dock crew. Hats off to DeVonte and crew for doing a wonderful job! Steve and Sharon Orlando Florida.

Just finished our free design consultation with Leo, and my husband and I were so impressed!! His background in Architecture and overall design skills was so helpful in assisting us pick out some solid options. This is our first ever renovation (bathroom) and we are clueless. We expected to come in tonight with some options but we are leaving with so much great knowledge. When we are ready to buy we definitely work with Leo ?

Very bad customer service and they do not tell the truth about the bill, they did not receive materials that they gave us too much according to their calculations and they do not help with anything, very bad, I would not buy anything else again. They lost us as customers

My wife and I made the first visit of this store last week. We had some questions of LVP. Scott was amazing for help. He not only very knowledgeable but even follow-up 20 minutes later. That is excellent customer service. With two samples on hand for comparison of existing floor, we finally decided to make the purchase for our project. Recommend this place..

Ok, I went here after not having a good experience with the one in Clermont, FL. I spent $3,500. The guy was very helpful, and I believe his name was Armando. Great experience. I do wish they gave US Veteran Duscounts. Other than that, they were great!

I had the great privilege of working with Britt on Saturday. I was stressed about picking the correct tile and she was so patient and had a great sense of humor. She walked me through a few ideas and even took us over the to computer to see the image feature on the website. I felt so much better by the time I left and was able to pick a beautiful tile. Thank you Britt!!!!

Nick was really professional, gave us lots of information and helped us out all the way through what we needed, answering every question and looking for the best prices to fit our budget! 10/10
After my good review on nick (on a different day , I was annoyed to be received by yaidy i just making a quick return and asking some questions about my receipt and she responded back using sarcasm and a b*itchy tone /attitude (like when someone's thinks youre stupid) for no reason at all. At the end we asked if we could have our return receipt printed and she said there was no printer here that she cant do nothing. And when we asked if someone had one somewhere else she dismissed us to figure it out . Cant answer the questions, dont work there.
