If you like Macy's but hate people, then this store is for you. This place actually has life in comparison to the zombie wasteland of a mall in which it resides (I'm talking about you Orlando Fashion Square). And by Life, I mean you may see a handful of other people shopping here. Parking is awesome at this place as I'm rarely 1-2 spots beyond the first one, and it's usually to leave a gap between my car and the other car that's there. They even have a cool overhang on the East side of the store so if it's raining, you can drop people off or pick them up. Once inside, the store is yours! The merchandise is kind of spread out like they don't have enough to fill the store properly, but I kind of like it in comparison of having clothes jammed into tight spots. There's rarely a line to check out and you can usually order something if they don't have your size (which is a big possibility). I usually end up here in the afternoon as I would probably be murdered here if I came at night. But in the daytime, I feel comfortable here.

Maria was a fantastic help and a pleasure to work with! I had a comfort issue with a pair that I had bought yesterday and Maria went out of her way to assist me in finding a better pair that made me happier. 5/5

I hate this place there is a macy's next to my local movie theater so my mom always made me go to macy's before we went to to the movie theaters for an hour and she never even bougt anything sadly my local movie theater go taken down due to covid.

Go see Yari at Estée Lauder counter for an amazing makeover! I must say I was skeptical because most people really make me look scary, but everyone I ran into after Yari did my makeover was impressed!I love Macy's and right now they have a great promotion going on with star money rewards. I set up my makeover appointment last Saturday and went to the counter completely bare. Yari is an extremely talented makeup artist and consultant. She is also beautiful and charming. The store was busy for s summer Saturday the week after July 4! The cosmetics counter was hopping and happening and I felt so beautiful when I left!

if I could give this location a negative 1 I would . working here and shopping here is tragic and just an werid experience overall I was so shocked to work with such unprofessional people . management is extremely unprofessional and rude they talk s*** about clients and employees the same could care less what service people receive they also have a beauty department in which none of the staff have a proper certification or even license to apply certain products so they basically have a random person applying products that could mess up your face and not even no it . well now you do if your looking for an actual cosmetic store better off going to Sephora or mac .

Well I Google search this place and it said buy one get one 50% off I get there and it's only women shoes so if you're a guy don't bother going here.

I am still requesting a refund for the $334 I spent on the extended warranty for the Radley Fabric Sofa purchased at Macys. Do not buy the worry no more extended protection program! It all started when we were looking at the sofa, and the salesperson told us that any stains would be covered by the warranty. Spills, pet stains, anything ! We were sold...a year and a half later we requested your services. Well we were told to use the cleaning kit ...Why ? Then we scheduled an appointment to clean, and Omar came out and talked me into requesting a replacement of fabric from Macys. They refused!!! Then we scheduled Omar again and he refused to clean the stains. His response was ok "I'll clean it, and be right back", he then went to his truck and left? I'm wondering why, the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. Not only is this false adverting by the salesperson, but I paid for these services and your company refused to perform the cleaning.

This Macy's store used to be the jam. I realize the pandemic has impacted so, so, so many businesses, so to some extent I can forgive a less-than-excellent experience, but this store has gone down the drain in so many instances. First of all, the inventory is noticeably decreased. The floor actually looks quite empty, so it makes finding things you're looking for much for difficult (or even non-existent). But that's ok - I can always search for those items on Macys.com. The really, really big disappointment here is the service, and those folks working in the store. Recently, I went in to purchase an item and as I walked up to the cashwrap to purchase the item both employees BEHIND the counter walked away to take care of other things on the floor. I mean, I'm a relatively patient person, but I know they both saw me standing there, and left me waiting for over five minutes. I nearly just walked away and didn't make my purchase, but decided to stay until one person returned. They didn't even acknowledge the fact I was left standing there for said amount of time, and didn't even act like they wanted to be there. Look - I've worked retail many, many years in my life so I know it's not easy, but this Macy's experience was a major letdown. On top of all of that none of the employees I've encountered speak very good English which makes it difficult to hear and communicate through the layer of a mask. I've been a dedicated customer of Macy's for many years, hold one of their credit cards, but am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere in the future...at least to a different location.

To whom this may concern: I went into your location in Orlando at the Fashion Square Mall. I visited the customer service department to pick up my purse that I ordered..I asked an associate to open the box to check my item before I left the store. The representative by name of Tara was very rude and didn't try to assist. I explained to her that I didn't get a receipt. She told me it should be in the box and it wasn't there. I asked her if I could have one, she went back and forth with me. I told her that I didn't want to go back forth with her, I only wanted my receipt for a return if I needed it. She was very rude and walked off and mumbled under her breath. I feel that this very unacceptable. Another young lady proceeded to help me after she walked off.

I'm completely disgusted with the service received from this company. I spent over $6,000 with these people and received poor customer service. I ordered a dining room table with five white chairs. Each time the chairs were delivered with oily black dirt stains. The chairs were exchanged three times and the same problem each time. I've taken time off work to retrieve these exchanges, and Rooms To Go failed each time. Not to mention, multiple deliveries which puts my family at risk of contracting covid. I called this location multiple times and was directed to the call center. What are the managers paid for? I've always done business with American Signature and decided to try Rooms To Go. Boy, that was the worst decision. I haven't been offered any compensation for my time or anything. I can't even get a manager to address my issues. It's common sense, the chairs are WHITE!! Which means, you should be extra cautious with assembly. Wear gloves and wrap them properly. Why sell white merchandise if you can't deliver without stains? I'm so frustrated and over this company!

I love my Macy’s store, I always fine a good deals
