Very bad experience in this store, the workers there are very rude and have no ethics whatsoever to assist people, I lost the money for some tennis shoes with the expired material broken in a single wear, and the policy there says that there are no returns But I never buy a pin there, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Love the pick up at store option, walked right up to the counter and within 2 minutes I had my birthday sneakers in hand. The cashiers on duty this afternoon were very pleasant and accommodating. New Balance 9060 (Sea Salt)

Horrible customer service receive from this “manager” Leesee her business practices are so rude and disrespectful After missed communication from her cashier she made me feel so uncomfortable first she look very overwhelmed second she called someone over the phone to resolve and issue there she made some comments so rude like I know and u know how it is…. With me right in front of her after this and issue was resolved so poorly I left as I was walking to leave she mention so comments like I don’t care and telling to her team no worry about people like this… really people like this we where very polite to her to be treated like this and we just costumer expending money on your store. To be treated like this Leese you need some customers service skills you are not dealing with animals. Even animals are treated better on this country. And owners costumer service is a key for success. The situation could have a better resolution but seems this business care just about the money as her was counting every cashier and walking with over 5,000 dollars on her hands that was more in important that resolved my issue and being professional…

I recently purchase a shoe from JD. The first time that I used it, the sole rip off. I went to the store to return it and the manager didn’t accepted since it was worn, she was really rude to me and refused to give me the customer service phone number. I found it online, I’ve been waiting for a representative for 45min already and no one picked up.I understand that we are not supposed to return shoes that was worn. But in this case, I’m not returning because I didn’t like or the size is wrong. I’m trying to return a damaged shoe. It is not normal for a shoe to rip the sole like that. I do not recommend this store since their customer service is terrible.

If I could leave no stars…I would! I don’t leave reviews often but I had to let you guys know how unprofessional this location is. The two young girls at the register barley acknowledged me when I tried to purchase my shoes. I had an e-gift card to JD sports and one of these girls said they can’t use those in their system (YES YOU CAN). She didn’t even try to figure it out or asked for a manager for help. I was getting attitude because she didn’t know what she was doing. I had to go out of line to talk to a manager and even the manager was unhelpful and clueless. Gibby was the only helpful and professional employee there.My husband and I went to the JD @ Millenia the same day and they were able to use my e-gift card with NO PROBLEMS! JD Florida Mall literally just doesn’t care about helping or figuring out anything for their customers. They’re too worried about profiling their customers ??♀️

Visited store at Florida Mall approx noon time. Staff assisting was interrupted (Store Mgr)Alease, store issue, but never spoke or said excuse; etc. Very unprofessional as I will pass same to corporate. Local management was aware of my concern

Terrible customer service all around. Called to speak to a store manager 4 times and no one answers their phones. Finally get someone who answered and they told me to hold but immediately was hung up on.

Terrible customer service. Waited for a shoe they said was on its way out just to ask the guy 3 times for him to at the end say they don't have my size. Smh. Bring back one on one customer service.
