I'm very disappointed with my experience with Fifth Third. I setup a business account in their brand with Ryan which seemed to go fine. Later they claimed that the check I wrote wasn't good even though I wrote another check later that same day for 10X the amount. I called customer service and Ryan to work things out. They told me to send a bank statement from my current bank which I did. Then they just decided to close my account. Their lack of communication and customer service is not worth your time.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this branch. One employee, in particular, was extremely rude and displayed behavior that I found unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. It made my visit very uncomfortable. Additionally, the overall attitude of the staff seemed unmotivated, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of care one would expect. I would not recommend this branch and would advise others to consider taking their business elsewhere.
Also, do not ask me to reach out to your horrible “social media” team to discuss further a manger needs to go to this branch and retrain this entire team ASAP

Since 2010 I have been a client of theirs, 13 years ago I opened a safe deposit box at no cost, until they told me that I owed a balance for 5 years of $250.00, this without a notification, email, letter, just a call after 5 years???, it's outrageous!!, very bad customer service, I don't recommend it.

After 13 years with this bank, in which we have a safe deposit box for the same period, today in a normal visit they let us know that they have been billing the service for 5 years and without ever having notified us, so we had We had to pay the amount corresponding to 5 years without the right to claim, the manager and the cashier treated us very badly, so we decided to close all our personal and business accounts, I do not recommend this branch to anyone.

They closed my account after THEY PUT THE WRONG INFORMATION FOR MY ACCOUNT. I couldn't once get into the account with my own information and had to call every f**** time to be able to get access THEN THEY CLOWED MY ACCOUNT AND DIDNT CONTACT ME LOLSCREW THIS BANK, I hate this bank, I will NEVER suggest to anyone about this bank. They're a literal scam & don't trust the Asian banker and sherry , the teller was more concerned of her cash box and making sure the regional manager didn't notice their audit off smh, don't go here !!!! They're a scam!!!!!!!

Lovely quiet little bank, literally one of the only places by UCF that isn't jammed with people every second of the day. Kind staff and I am always in and out quickly.
