If u get scammed or taken advantage of fifth n third will not help u they will let u go !! And they will close ur account I was given a grad check and instead of having my back they close the account and they will never let me open again when I did nothing wrong smh

The people of bank is no is not to good . The customer services is bad especial from Brunilda. Appointment fail. Missing information in transaction . And bank policy is bad. Don’t use this bank !

Worst bank. Tellers do not have any customer service experience. Atm seems to never work and often you cannot deposit checks or even cash. Waiting a day and sometimes longer to get access to your funds after depositing check is a huge downside and an inconvenience. Fifth third bank is the worst bank I have ever had.
