I have never left a bad review for any auto dealership until today. Worst experience in 30 years. Flew from Charlotte to Orlando over Memorial Day weekend with check in hand from Pentagon FCU, and their corporate office refuses the check. We got Pentagon FCU on the phone and they say no dealership does this. Field Auto Group says it is what it is. What we bet happened is they got a better offer and decided to stick us with a bunch of travel expenses. We are out $1,000 and two days dealing with this, which other prospective Buyers need to know in advance. Update: GM tried to save the day by discounting price to account for the problems and delivering the car to me out of state - but his accounting staff intervened and would not complete the transaction regardless. Their reasoning was even though I can't take ownership or possession of the car today (since the credit union check would have to take a week to clear and then after that they would deliver) my insurer would have to cover the car regardless, which my insurer would not do since I am not receiving ownership or possession until the car is delivered.

Horrible customer service by a Salesman and general manager. I was coming from work and was with my work clothing and Van we I was approached by a Salesman very rude and condescending attitude approached and told me the car we were looking for was sold and as we were leaving I noticed it was parked outside not sold... Don't want to use names on her for sake of their employment but if you see a guy with one hand , Don't buy from him lousy lousy customer service!!I have purchased many BMW's from fields never had such a horrible experience. (( BMW SOUTH ORLANDO ) left messages for the general manager never called back... they both need customer service training.

Stopped in to just take a peak, and the salesman spent a lot of time with us educating us on several of the cars, and even gave my kids a little encouragement to keep up good grades. Ashley made the visit exciting for my kids. Thanks for taking time from your busy schedule to put some excitement in my kids eyes.
