Charley and David helped identify through his scenario analysis work a few items on our balance sheet to clean up and these changes resulted in getting us qualified for the best possible rate and loan terms for our mortgage refinance. In addition, we also had some unusual documentation requirements related to an identity theft issue and once again David got us through those like a champ!

I will start my review with a Bang!!! Erik and David are very professional individuals. Erik is a person that holds your hand (not literally) and making sure that you don't fall if you missed your steps. David is a guy that does whatever it takes to get your loan funded. The team of Erik and David is like a well-oiled machine. They work simultaneously. I don't feel the stress like other people saying when they are buying a house. Erik is very prolific in what he does. I have a great experience with them with flying colors. I am highly recommending them to anyone!

Only a year after purchasing and Charley reaches out to tell me he can reduce my mortgage. Shocked to say the least. This is now the 11th loan we have completed with Erik and his team. Erik is the best loan officer I have ever worked with and as you can tell, we would highly recommend him and his team. Erik's hard work and knowledge actually makes getting a loan a pleasurable experience. He and his team truly take the anxiety typically associated to loans out of the equation.

Erik was recommended to me by a colleague that I trusted. I usually shop around and am very careful, but after my first conversation with Erik I was put at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a first time home buyer I knew next to nothing but learned a ton from Erik as he explained to me in detail what my options were every step of the way. He did everything he could to help me and was always available either by phone or text. I am not sure I would have had the same experience anywhere else.

Erik and David made the entire mortgage process very painless. Everything was anticipated. Nothing was last minute. I would absolutely use them again for another mortgage or if we refinance in the future. I’d give him six stars if possible.
