Amazing people and very nice
I am a bug fan of super and hyper cars so I went in there with my cousins and wanted to see around the dealerships. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and sweet. These are the people you should buy from. 10/10 would visit again.

I visited this dealer with my grandpa awhile ago and I highly recommend stopping by this dealer on a free day. The staff was very friendly and I was able to sit in 4 models which was an incredible experience, the atmosphere of the dealer was very comfortable and the 2nd floor is pretty fascinating as most dealers only have one.
I got to see cars I thought I would never see and I’m glad it was Ferrari Orlando. If you’re interested in luxury cars, then this is the spot.

My son had to have a component replaced in his 360 Modena, a 2000 model. The service assistant treated us like royalty! Ms. Quinones was knowledgeable and respectful as we had made several requests. We thank you for your courtesy and for explaining the Ferrari service process.

Stopped in with the family while on vacation and was greeted at the door with a wonderful staff. The salesman, I think was named Brian, gave us a great tour of the dealership and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars. The 2nd floor display was out of this world! From the Enzo and Laferrari to the F40 and 288 GTO, the selection was simply stunning!!
While I'm not in the market for a Ferrari (yet!), I felt like I was welcomed like a current Ferrari owner and treated as one while touring the facility! Was a great experience and I would recommend a visit if you're a Ferrari fan! ????

Where to start… Everyone there was beyond friendly and welcoming. We stopped in to check out these amazing works of art and were welcomed with open arms. Jay specifically was exceptional. My young son is a car enthusiast and Jay took us through all of the cars. If I ever have the ability to obtain one of these beautiful cars, I will be bringing my business here! Thanks again for helping make memories for me and my family.

Had a lot of issues with my purchase. First they had issues with the deliver of the Ferrari. Not their fault but they chose the delivery company.
Second, after two months I still do not have my registration/plates. The dealership didn’t properly fill out the Texas form and title and failed to catch their error until after I pointed out that a lot of time has passed which was abnormal.
Third, I was told the car has two keys but am still waiting for the second key to arrive. Every time I follow up with them they claim they will get back to me but never do.
I would not buy a car from them again unless they can come through on everything and ensure these really idiotic mistakes aren’t repeated. They deal in high end cars and sophisticated customers, to have this experience when buying a car at this level is inexcusable.

Some Ferrari dealership never stop amazing me. Looking to upgrade and when I walked in the secretary is very nice, but the salesmen are too busy trying not to make eye contact. No telling how many sales they have lost.

This was for sure the craziest dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff was really nice and let me take pictures and videos of all the cars. Came here from Michigan and I was the happiest I’ve ever been while looking at the LaFerrari, Enzo, F40, and 288 GTO. Hope everyone else has a great time also.
