Love the convenience and appreciate the customer service. They were Lifesavers for me today! Tia was helpful and was able to meet my deadline so that I could make my flight and not be inconvenienced. Will definitely use them again!! Yet

The person at the Waterford Lakes office (Shewnteil), terrible customer service, a rude and crude person, should not work with the public, one does not expect them to be the friendliest, but rather cordial and courteous, since you are paying for a service.

I came here to print posters and send documents. Compared to my experience in another postal service, the staff are very polite and friendly. For printing, it is a great place for (very) quick and cheap printing service

Had a great experience at Fedex on 1100 N Alafaya trail. The Manager Shawntiel ,went above and beyond.She was extremely pleasant and professional I was amazed at the cost. Very reasonable. Recommend Fedex for your shipping packages and especially this store on Alafaya where the staff goes above and beyond.

Worst experience, horrible customer service. I asked them the questions, the answer is the same which is to call customer service.They said my account doesn't have a association, I need to call customer care. That doesn't make sense to me which you could tell me in person to make a new account with association. I feel like they do NOT want do customer service in person at all and they don't want to talk to customers.They just want the customers call the customer care to understand everything then create the label , their job is only to print the label and ship it out.I feel bad for the people who work at customer care, because the customer service responsibility that should have been taken by the store, they all pushed to the phone customer service.USPS even better than them, at least they do talk to customers and answer my question in person.

Came wanting help get my package ready for shipment. Alyssa gave me a warm greeting and was ready to help. She printed my label for me and went the extra mile to trim and affix the label perfectly to my package and also taped it securely. Quick and easy. Awesome service thank you Alyssa!

Came in this morning to print of a NOC for my job inspection today. Was in no rush at all. Spoke with Tia I think she pronounced her name as. Well I said good morning how are you and go nothing back and I asked where do I go to print a paper off and she just points and says over there. I than asked for instructions on how to do it and she said there’s a paper over there and turned back around. Remind you there is not a single customer in the store but me and one other employee. She Than proceeds with ignoring me and walking to the back after I said I’m not entirely sure how this works and asked for help. So than I asked the other lady how come it was not working and her response was politely, sometimes it takes a long time depending on the file and the WiFi connection. I stated it was just a single piece of paper and she just looked away.Customer service was TERRIBLE!!! I go to the fedex stores all the time daily basically and I’m always treated above and beyond. Sometimes treated so good like I’m the owner or something. Won’t be returning to this location ever again*the short lady st the front desk is a sweetheart. stopped by here to drop off a package and saw a customer and an employee going at it and the manager decides to yell to try to quiet the place down then threatened to kick everyone out. Like bro, i just got here lol. Also, whoever that manager was, do better; stick up for your employees. You're lucky she didn't leave

People at this location are inept. (Heath was cool tho, the only there trying to help)
