What incredible customer service. My company was at a tradeshow and they assisted me in getting my materials handling paid for before it arrived then when it left, they helped me track it and sent me confirmations long after they closed. They even reached out to me directly with confirmations. I am blown away big call out to LISA and the entire crew at store #2887!!!

Handling Fee can be Expensive if your picking up or droping off packages but they take all kinds, UPS, DHL,ETC

$35 to handle and receive 3 small packages. Truly small packages. I carried them with one arm up to my room. Biggest problem? They couldn't find them. 10 minutes later they found 2. Another 5+ minutes for the third. They say the $35 is for their handling... Um, their handling sucks! I told them I was unhappy. I expected a fee, like $5 or $6/bx. I would have paid $6 each without a word. But seriously, $35. What a joke. And they don't care. You know, if they had any idea where my packages were, maybe I'd be less frustrated. If I didn't wait 15 minutes for their great handling. Service costs money. I received ZERO service. Horrible. What a joke.

Fed Ex is a scam! I had a prepaid package to send, and they charge me again! I could drop this in a Fed Ex dropbox and it ships, but just to hand it to a person they charge? Scam! Don't go here. Go to a dropbox or mail center not in a hotel. My local mail store doesn't double dip, and they are not exclusively fed ex.

Everything said it closed at 7pm. Got all the way there at 6:10pm and it was closed. I even called right before and got the automated message that it closed at 7pm.

Fabi was absolutely incredible! Loved getting to work with her. She was so quick to answer any questions and provided excellent follow-ups on a poster we needed delivered to a trade show. The poster looks great also! But THANK YOU Fabi!

Sent a package to THE HOTEL and they received it and apparently there's a handling fee of $10, FOR WHAT???? My package was there for less than an hour.

Fedex should be ashamed to charge over something that has already been paid, nothing against employees, but charging over a paid tag is a shame.
