The waitress had a very bad attitude, like a grumpy woman. We were just curious why it was so expensive to send 0.1 lbs, and she complained to her colleagues that we thought it was expensive. I understand what she meant, and I was very disappointed. I will not be back.

Requiring a name and phone number to print a single piece of paper is absurd. "It's our policy." More like it's a means to sell me more services without my consent.
If the staff had been less abrupt and condescending, I would have just given them fake information but no, thanks. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Eric is my hero! He came through with a rush print job. Went above and beyond to make sure our posters printed properly and on time so our event could go off without a hitch. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He even offered restaurant recommendations! Definitely suggest coming to this FedEx for your printing and shipping needs. Ask for Eric!

Really nothing special about the store other than Maria’s perfect and outstanding service! She’s 5 stars! I would return a 100 times and have her help me. Look for Maria B if you go. I just left the store I never been so mistreated for someone like was for Maria. I was speaking with her, I need to do a shipping overnight, and she was understanding everthing that I was saying, so she asked me if I had an account, I didn’t but probably I do have, and ask if she can check by my email she say she doesn’t she ask for my ID, I took soon I gave my Brazilian Id she started acting like she didn’t understand what I was saying anymore..A nice employee who was working in other stuff saw the situation, and just tell her what I was saying. Don’t get twisted I’m Brazilian but I can speak English very well. Actually I do speak 4 lenguages.So the overnight shipping was $120 dollars that’s ok, when I went to pay she just say that I couldn’t pay with my Appel pay. I took my card and she ask for myID Again. I felt so disrespected that I just look on her face, but she’s a woman and I don’t want to argue her.FedEx pay better you Mr employees because she was really unhappy with her job

Online it states that you are able to renew your passport here, but don't waste your time! They are no help! The rep discussed all of the cons and by the time I left I was more confused then when I walked in. She stressed that they were just a third party, but I was already aware that I was walking into a Fed Ex and not the Dept of State. I just wanted assistance on the steps on renewing, instead I felt like she was saying "get somebody else to do it". I wound up going to another third party for assistance and everything went fast and smooth. I suggest that you either go to the post office or if you need your passport within a couple a weeks, check out the passport office.

I came here on a business trip and needed something fast. Even though the place was crowded then, my wait was very quick. Maria helped set me up with what I needed. She is a multitasker helping me and others. Not once did I feel forgotten. Eric, the manager, also administered as the place got more traffic. The team in this office works well together efficiently. I needed to print and bind 50 booklets full-color, same day. The manager said he could promise 25, but would try to finish all 50 by closing if possible (the store was really busy). He called-in extra help and got all of them printed and bound 3 hours early. That is great service - and they did an excellent job.
