FedEx driver stole my package which contained $800 Nike Jordan 1's. My package was last scanned at this exact facility and it was loaded up onto a FedEx truck and then the package disappeared. It never was delivered to my home. Its truly unbelievable that a multi billion dollar company like FedEx cant even be trusted to simply deliver to you a package. Its sad that my rare and expensive shoes I was excited to receive ended up being stolen by a FedEx driver. I have called everyday to see if my shoes showed up and nope they're gone.I have no words for this situation, I just feel robbed and I know nothing will happen to this FedEx employee that stole from me.This is nothing new FedEx employees have been stealing rare and high end sneakers for years, its happened to thousands of people. Just look on Google and you'll find hundreds of cases just like mine where the shoes just simply "vanish".

Can't stand ups, but gonna start Loving them now. You wouldn't be able to talk to a live person if you walked into FedEx yourself. I am absolutely sure the ai answering the phone would just terminate you for trying. Never mind trying to track a package from them, worst so called update system in history. People should really just stop using FedEx.

how hard is it to deliver a package that has been sitting at your terminal for 5 days. while i have seen the driver in my subdivision every day. the 800# is useless.

Literally the laziest, less than dirt, people work here. Once again they have dumped a package instead of properly delivering to my door. The package was left by my mailbox at the street this time. Truly wish I could meet with the driver so he could catch these hands.

I have never had such a bad experience with FedEx.I was supposed to get delivered package on Friday, even tho I was waiting for it all day long, the delivery guy didn’t do anything, just left my property without even letting me know that he is here. Didn’t ring the bell, nothing! He was supposed to show up on Saturday according to tracking list, but he never show up, same situation happened on Sunday and Monday and Tuesday. They have also reported that they attempted deliveries when like I mentioned before I have sat all day long waiting for it. I checked my ring camera which are located on all property, FedEx truck wasn’t even around. Shame on you FedEx!

Submitted a vacation hold request and they completely ignored it. Also called FedEx and asked them to not deliver and they still attempted. Local place apparently doesn't have a phone number, public email, or service area to pick up packages. When I finally arrived home, they refused to deliver saying they've met their contractual obligation to deliver three times and I have to pickup. But ai can't pickup at the location where the packages are. they gave me contact for a rep that hasn't responded to my communication. BS. What's the point of signing up for the delivery manager service if they won't honor any of the options they provide or interact with you when you need your stuff? They take your money, tick their boxes, and leave you praying your stuff gets delivered.

Absolutely the worst delivery service i have ever experienced. have a home security camera with motion detection so Im headed to the door as soon as I get an alert, BEFORE THEY EVEN GET OUT OF THE TRUCK, in the 30 seconds it takes me to get to the door they're already GONE, no knock, they never even took the package out of the truck! Ive called for 3 days over 20 times to customer service to try to schedule a time for delivery, pick up the package at the location, redeliver same day, literally even willing to meet the driver somewhere on their route to pick up the package but they WILL NOT HELP, they say they cant do anything and I just have to be there when they show up! Absolutely ridiculous! WE WERE HOME ALL 3 DAYS!

they are TERRIBLE!!!! both times my deliveries were not delivered, it said I was not home, but were WERE!! My husband and I both work from home. The first time they ruined our Christmas eve, we waited to receive our bottles of wine, reorganized the whole day for it, stayed at home from 10am to 4pm for them to say there was an exceptional delay, we dealt with Christmas traffic and Christmas lines until 6pm. They attempted to deliver the package twice after that, every time were home but said we weren't, the package was returned to the shipper, we are up for a second round, and the same thing is happening, I'm trying to be proactive, but each person says one thing and it's opposite at customer service, and no resolution was found, it's not complicated have the driver do his job!!!

For the second day in a row, they have been in capable of properly delivering my packages. They don’t care where they’re dropped they just drop them off and then it’s up to you to go find them. And of course they’re too scared to answer their own phone so every number goes to the 800 number which is always no help
