Lazy A employees who lie about attempted deliveries when my whole family has been home all day cuz they don’t wanna go up a few steps? Knock on my door and I’ll get it myself from the truck if you’re too much of a B to do the job

Now I see why FedEx Drivers are quitting or why people don't wanna work with fedex anymore, the dispatchers are irresponsible and unprofessional, everytime we get a dispatch we hope it shouldn't be Orlando Hub.
Wow their attitude is disgusting, FedEx really needs to work on their dispatchers before they get short of Driver.

a one (1) day FedEx ground shipment took 7 days, we had to go pick it up at 3000 president DR, Orlando, FL. At 7:00 am. because we missed the flight. They changed the scheduled delivery date 3 times, even both me and the sender had to keep calling to make the package start moving and they failed their promises in customer service. The shipment was from Crestview, 400 miles, disastrous, they seem like public employees, with no desire to serve the customer.

Linehaul Water Weight boy thinks he still works for L.A PD and runs he's mouth as if he can threaten people behind their back after I left the office. Luckily my teammate is ex la PD and found out this guy worked at prisons guess he was a Co. Kinda weird leaving a 200k job to work at linehaul. My point is my experience was pure Florida when I checked in on Christmas Eve. I suggest that the water boy call me personally. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager for linehaul over 3 months

Most FedEx locations are usually well organized. This one was no exception, it was well organized and staffed with very professional people. We picked up our trailer on time and dropped another. Thanks FedEx for your professionalism this location and others??

Terrible work experience … staff is rude, impatient, and very inconsiderate. As a female we know we have personal things every month .. well it’s not safe to say that this location will make you feel uncomfortable to the point you have to tell them your personal business. They treat you like dawgs, talk to you like one .. I enjoyed the concept of the job just not the location/satff / management at all they all want to micromanage and not help .. one manger even got mad at me for his meeting going bad .. this was by far the first work experience. Oh and don’t you get hurt they will tell you “they dont care we need the light clear “so many ways to hurt yourself with the lack of care they have it’s not worth it.

FedEx in general is a horrible company to deal with. Their drivers are the worst human beings you could hire. A simple address change ruins their entire operation even when it’s reverted to a FedEx drop off location. Ruining someone’s Christmas because of incompetence of their drivers. I don’t care what brand of FedEx caused it, but either way the worst shipping company anyone could deal with. Customer support does nothing but hurry you up so you can take their survey after. Worthless
