At the automatic door and the door stays open with the air conditioning on, well with this heat it is and then the employees can't find the packages and they make you wait an infinite amount of time, not a total disaster.

Do you have a direct number there I can call someone because I have an interview there and the person email there doesn’t answer back I don’t wanna drive there to get answers and waste gas can I get help ?

My package was delivered to wrong address. You can’t contact a costumer service in person. My package did not arrive at my address.

Bad experience! one person on the phone tells you one thing then when you arrive in person the counter lady says another. Bad coordination. Don't make poeple drive there if you cant resolve giving them their belongings.

I hate this place so much, drove over 1 hr to pick up emergency package that they refused to give. I also lost 2 full days of work because of their ignorant driver leaving my package behind & I waited all day by the door . I’ll try to not order from any company using fedex & hopefully the bubble brain girl doesn’t deliver to my neighborhood anymore. I have her on ring camera for proof of not waiting 1mnt for me to get to door even though we spoke to her on ring camera she ran off. This driver can ruin people’s lives. It took all my might not to curse her out today when she knocked on the door softly instead of ringing the obvious doorbell. Thank goodness I was waiting right by the door, hope they terminate her.

Website says you can pick up your package here at 5pm from a missed delivery. More like "when the delivery driver finishes his route we will let you know"... if that's the case then just make it 6pm. Be prepared to wait an hour if you arrive at 5

If I could remove stars they would have no stars. I was in front front of my house while waiting for my package. Which went from being delivered to We tried to deliver no one home to sign. I call FedEx and they say "Oh, I'm sorry. We have drivers that do this I will report them and reschedule another delivery for tomorrow. Like what the heck that driver should be told to deliver the package not fake a delivery attempt. The agent says "We can't call the driver to turn around." I was like "What do you mean? The driver never delivered what do you mean they can't turn around? They never came."

Ordered a Christmas gift that was supposed to delivery two days ago. I don’t think the drivers here are actually driving to deliver packages. If the drive is too far from the FedEx location I think they just said the address is incorrect so they don’t have to drive far to deliver. 2 days straight they kept saying the address is incorrect and I’ve spoken to many different representatives that said the address is correct and confirmed it multiple times even 2X today already. FedEx need to hire people that actually want to drive to deliver customers packages. Ain’t no way 2 driver keep saying the address is incorrect when Google, Apple Maps and the their representatives said the address is correct.

Horrible!! Do not ship with them!! And do sign for package because you will be waiting all day and sometimes the will deliver at 650am while you are still sleeping. Horrible
