I’ve been to this location many times and the service is always the same. The woman working (black woman) is the assuming manager but she’s never pleasant. I came to the counter to make a purchase and was completely ignored. I stood there waiting for service while three workers disregarded my presence. Not one of them said “we’ll be with you” or anything. When I was acknowledged, the female says “she needs help” motioning to the another associate to help me. I’ve gotten use to her poor attitude but her demeanor shouldn’t be the same every time to customers. Customer service is dead!

My mom passed away his year and we're leaving an empty chair at our wedding in honor of her. I contacted this location to print a foam board to set in her place.
Sent everything in ahead of time, they assured me multiple times that the board would be complete before the deadline. It wasn't. They went complete no-contact and did not deliver.
I would not trust them with your printing business, especially if it's something you need delivered by a deadline.

One of the employees, Mr Eli, tried to open my box "to read the ingredients" after I declared I'm shipping skin care products which don't contain alcohol.
Since when they are questioning skin care products?
Since when can they open customer's box?
and what's the point of declare if it's not enough for the employees?

Avoid this Store at all cost, primarily due to its Manger. I have been in the store on numerous occasions and never had a problem with staff only the Manger. She greets only white customers and if she do decided to assist you prepare yourself for an attitude, Again, avioid this store if possible.

This location is tucked away a bit from the road but it was where I needed it to be when I was in the area. The store was very spacious and clean. Suzanne greeted me when I walked in and assisted me with using the copier. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I recommend going there for your print and copy needs for sure.

No comment!!! ??????????Idky, I even come to this location, wasting my gas?.I recommend going: Downtown, Kirkman, Winter Park, Altamonte, or anywhere but this location.

Wasted my time refused to accept the FedEx shipment FROM FEDEX .. now its lost along with the live fish that were in it. If you do not accept live shipments, then why does your parent company direct the box to you? This would not be the first time I got live shipments at this location. All of a sudden that's Changed? No warning no concern for the animals .. just sad.

The worst service ever,young lady tried her coworker was too busy on phone.First he said he doesn't think so they have it,then when I said I will wait he said he is sure without checking it.A lot of us work in customer service but this was just rude. NOT COMING BACK HERE
