I’ve already packed and paid for the goods, but they insisted on using their own boxes just to charge extra. It’s very disappointing — this kind of behavior shows they prioritize profit over fairness. I would not recommend working with this company.

I’m standing here right now with Lisa, who has spent the last 30 minutes helping me problem solve a print project I dreamed up as a gift to my husband, but didn’t know how to execute. Not only has this been such a positive shared decision making experience for me, but she’s been dancing and celebrating as she’s figured out how to make it reality. I really appreciate Lisa’s patience, desire to help, quirkiness, and support of my vision. She’s awesome. Looking forward to coming back next time and hopefully working with her! :)

The people at the store are excellent but, every time I go to this business there are people illegally parked in front of the restaurant next-door and I can never get my car in or out. So I choose to go to other businesses now because of that! The staff at this FedEx store are amazing and I’m sorry that I will not be visiting there anymore. Lunchtime is the worst.

5 stars for manager Helen. Had an issue previously (nothing major) and she nit only listened but has taken care of the issue moving forward. Prompt and very nice. The other employees could def be nicer, but overall Helen is doing a great job.

I visited this location to print some papers for a family day activity. I usually use the retrieval code option however the code was not arriving to my email from the self service printer. I asked Casey for assistance and he offered to print the documents from his end instead, he was super patient as it was taking some time for the email to arrive with the document that I need printed. Casey is absolutely amazing and a prime example of what it means to take the extra mile and do what it is needed to assist the customer efficiently and promptly, thank you so much Casey for making my day ❤️

I just want to say that this is the best FedEx office EVER!!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are the reason I keep coming back. I am sorry I can not remember everyone's name but thank you !

Awesome customer service. I had a heavy package a cat tree that wasn’t fully dissembled because I needed help. They came to my car and helped me dissemble it and even taped my box for me. Everyone was very helpful and nice. They greeted me and communicated effectively this was on 9/20 and shoutout to Jeanne, the man who helped me from my car. Raises for everyone.

I've only been here once. I had some documents printed online and picked them up the next day. There was no line, no wait time, I was professionally greeted with a big smile, and my documents were presented for review and put in a thoughtful protective sleeve. I will definitely use this service again.
