I've only been here once. I had some documents printed online and picked them up the next day. There was no line, no wait time, I was professionally greeted with a big smile, and my documents were presented for review and put in a thoughtful protective sleeve. I will definitely use this service again.

Horrible service shipping to the EU. Paid $250 for a book-size shipment from Orlando to Hamburg, Germany. The package came back to me and FedEx declined to issue a refund. The company just doesn’t care about its customers.

I come here for all of my high quality print jobs & Jean always takes great care of me & my order! Other employees are nice too, I've just worked with Jean more than anyone else in the store. They do a great job of keeping the line moving as efficiently as possible. For that reason I prefer this location.

Very busy shop which can make it very hard to get in and out of the area. The Fedex employees are very helpful and kind. We got what we came in for, finished in a timely manner.

Were people waiting for service. An employee called Juan came to give instructions on how to use the copy machine and others equipment. Trying to lower the line instead help the customers like supposed. Then got angry when people didn't know how to use the equipment stated equipment has a sign of instructions on how to use it. You go to a place like this looking for someone who can help you and find an employee that pretends you do his job.

came to return goods from walmart, refuses to accept because one qr code, and one, because walmart sends one code per order, fedex employees laugh, refuse to help! a young girl raises her voice, the attitude is terrible! Where is the management of the company looking? I do not recommend this office! dishonors the name of the company!

Abrasive, unhelpful, unkind. All employees were rude but one was not only rude, but also loud - raising his voice condescendingly shutting people down and not offering alternatives. Judging by the harsh way other customers and I spoken to, every customer in the store left off having a worse day than they went in. Looks like UPS is the way to go
