Literally what’s the point of this store. Zero customer service, no actual fedex services other than drop off. Like seriously what is the point. Absolute disgrace.
I did come back with a box and a young guy helped me quite a bit. So they get an extra star for him.

Very displeased with this company and how they service their customers. Had a product shipped from a sister company from the job I work. At the time I was moving and had the product shipped to my old address. Never received it, call up the shipper and fedex. They told me it was left at the door, as well the rep told me it’s at the discretion of the Driver wherever he feels like leaving it. No one was living there at the time, he should of dropped it off at the front office. I’m out of 110$ and not happy with both the shipper and fedex. Been on the phone with both companies and they both tell me they will call me back and they haven’t even done that.

Keep in mind this is for shipping. You can not get labels or packaging materials here. Envelopes are also not available here.
