Literally what’s the point of this store. Zero customer service, no actual fedex services other than drop off. Like seriously what is the point. Absolute disgrace.
I did come back with a box and a young guy helped me quite a bit. So they get an extra star for him.

Lost my package but says it was “delivered”. It was “signed” by a person WHO DOES NOT EXIST.
