They ask me how many items want to return.
I Said only 1.
If they only accept small box and 1 item only.
Fedex Should write it on their policies in the wall. Worst. Fedex onsite.

Do not select if returning item with mobile code. Listed as location for many online vendors to return without label or box. They will first tell you they can't do it at all. Then they will tell you they don't do it due to security issues and dont want to be responsible for keeping your item safe.

I placed a print order online for an upcoming convention I was flying into. For some reason the online platform was really funky. I got on a call with the location, SUPER helpful. I spoke with Susan and Elizabeth multiple times now, in regards to the print order and incoming packages. Every single time they were accommodating, kind, extremely knowledgeable and presented excellent customer service. Thank you!!!!!!!
