The employees at this location are nothing short of incredible. Shavar was super helpful when I called ahead to ask a few questions. He was well informed and made the process so easy. This the best FedEx location I have ever visited and I will absolutely be coming back again.

I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman named Max on the phone. He told me that they would have no problem helping me although I am technologically deficient :). When I walked in the store at 6:45 - 15 minutes before closing, I was met by Lawrence who immediately helped me try to figure out how to download my very important card design from my computer. He went through a lot of work just to try to download them from the company who had made them. Honestly, I never could've done it without him. He found the correct paper, the perfect weight, and cut them perfectly straight. I was able to meet Max as well and he actually helped me pick out some envelopes. I felt really bad because it was around 7:30 before I left and I guess I didn't realize they had closed at 7:00. not one of them complained or said a thing but made sure my order was to my liking. I am extremely happy with the cards! Thanks to Lawrence and Max, I will be back!
