FastSigns did a great job for us. We made our own templates in Word and sent that to them. They transcribed them and the 12" x 18" aluminum signs for a fitness course are everything we'd hoped for. FastSigns was in the process of moving, so it took them a little longer than usual to get the work done. PLEASE proof your work about three times. I found three typos in the draft and still missed one. The check for spelling in on you and they give you plenty of opportunity to review before they print. In all, five out of five.

I called Fast signs on Monday about a small place card that I needed for an event. I explained to one of the workers there, that I would need the sign by Thursday.I explained that as a small business owner that runs my business with limited funds and no backing I am on a time and budget constraint. For 3 years, I haven't consistently worked due to being a caregiver for family members I get no response from them on Tuesday or Wednesday til I called.It's been several times now, that they have attempted to price gouge me. Last time, I was told that I would need to order a bunch of bags and large order of things that I don't need, to justify their high prices.For a super small sign they tried to charge me 100. Now I am stuck trying to find another vendor in a short amount of time...Because of your unprofessional behavior and lack of understanding you have potentially lost 1,000s in business from me. My business is worth millions...Life and a person's situation can change quickly. Fast Signs just lost a potentially valuable customer.Sample pictures attached below, of the sign that I wanted made.
