AMAZING!!! I recently visited Fast Lane Automotive for an oil change after hearing reviews from my mom and brother. I couldn’t be more impressed. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and the staff was professional and punctual. The pricing was fair, and the quality of service provided by Shawn Coughlin was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be returning for all my car needs. Thank you for the outstanding service!

AMAZING experience! The customer service was incredible! Customer communication was awesome, very informative, and very nice. My car had to get towed there and from the second it arrived the team informed me of everything they found wrong. They have a system where they take pictures/videos of everything and also track all the work and finances associated with it. They are quick to answer any messages and to provide an update. I will 10000% be going there in the future for any of my car needs.

I've only lived in Florida for two years and to be honest, as a woman, some mechanics tried to take advantage and have overpriced for the simplest things. I've been looking for a mechanic for a long time and today, when I saw this place I was scared at first that they would be like the rest but when I called, they were so nice and understood my situation. To my surprise, they fixed everything in the same day and the pricing was actually way better than I thought. They made me feel safe and the best part, they treated me with respect and like an equal. They were completely honest, transparent, and explained in full detail what was needed and why the price range. I decided to continue giving this place a chance from this day on! Hands down, 10/10 service! Shawn, if you are reading this, thank you. You and your team deserve the credit, don't change that type of service and enthusiasm.

Decided to check them out based on a mailing I received and I will definitely be using them for future oil changes. The check in process was simple and fast. The employees were friendly and communicative. The price was reasonable when compared to similar places in the area. The waiting area was roomy and had nice amenities. It is nice that the waiting area isn't right by the main counter so you don't have to hear the phone ringing and the conversations, as I did experience at other places nearby. Also, I like that you can see the garage area/your car as it is being worked on. The reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I specifically asked about how long it would take when I first called and was told about 45 mins to an hour, so I made an appt for a particular time. Upon arriving at my appt time, I was told it would be about an hour and a half because they had 2 walk-ins arrive right before me. Luckily, I had allowed myself a couple hours before I needed to be at work but it still would have been nice to know my reservation time was honored before walk-ins.

The boys at Fast Lane are the best. Shout outs to Alex, Shawn, and Robbie. Always helpful, always kind, always reasonable with prices. It’s never fun when your car has to go to the shop, but it helps that these guys rock the way that they do! I recommend them to any and all who are in need of a great mechanic.
