Michelle and her team have been amazing to work with for the last 3 years. My requests are always handled promptly and with care, with amazing communication every time. We have our auto and ho policy with them, and couldn't ask for a better agent!

So far I have not complains and I intend to renew my policy. However, God forbids, I ever have to file a claim because I have been told by some people that Farmers reject almost all claims and instead opts for litigation. I am hoping first and mostly that never have to file a claim and second that if the case arise the company settles it in a fair way. Other that the expressed concern I am happy with my policy and with service your agency provides.

Our previous homeowners insurance company canceled us, stating a couple reasons which had us very upset. I called Farmers, went to their office and told them what happened. Previous company was wrong about the things they told us. Valeria explained everything in detail and and helped us get our inspection, and we now have them. We highly recommend Farmers!
