Ana Diaz gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. She was able to walk me through a complicated commercial auto policy I needed for work and even stayed late to talk with my employer. Would highly recommend Great Florida for auto coverage.

Farmers Insurance has been very easy to work with. Although I cannot speak in regards to their claims process, I do believe they will go beyond your expectations. As I recommended my sister and she actually had to use them for Hurricane Ian and based on her experience it was simple. I love the ease of their app ?
