I generally abide by the whole idea that if you have nothing nice to say then keep it to yourself. However, as a local business, there's gotta be some give to having proper customer experience. There is a complete lack of communication between the point of sale and the inventory in the back. Last week I had to exchange two bags of feed they sold me wrong because I wasn't paying attention to what was being put in my trunk. The time alone of unloading 50 lb bags of feed and having to stand and wait to get what you asked for in the first place. It's also extremely inconvenient when you go to pick up the feed you pay for only to find out they don't have any left and try to give you a completely different feed and expect you to go back inside to be refunded the difference amount. This has happened to me more times than I can count and I will no longer be shopping there.

No help and the two young girls really did not have any time for us. Drove from Titusville to buy better feed for the chickens. Will not go back. Will order feed from Chewy. Better prices for the same feed.

The store has many selection of products. The customer service however is the worst ever. You walk in, and never acknowledged… the checkout process makes you feel like you are bothering them. You ask questions - good luck!

Ended up having to leave, this place is a mess. Prices are marked incorrectly if at all. There is merchandise all over the floor making it difficult to move around especially with a cart.

Best place to shop for all pet needs. Best prices, staff is amazing and they always have everything in stock. I have cats and bunny, this is my one stop shop. The added bonus is that I get to support small business.
