Manager was rude and cussing in Spanish. I will not shop at this store again. She didn’t want to help check customers out. Mad because she had to open up another register. Bad customer service!!!!!!!

Will never buy from here again. I buy a thing of pumpkin spice egg nog. When I get home the next day hoping for a nice glass the thing was already open with mold in it. It didn’t expired until 12/2023. I’m thinking to myself like are they not checking their food/drinks like that’s beyond disgusting. And of course I call twice and nobody answers the phone. People please check your items before you go home one time I don’t check and I get mold in my egg nog ????

My recent visit your store located on Bruton Blvd in Orlando was very poor. The employee or manager on duty was very rude with no disrespect his customers. This person was wearing a HOODIE while ringing customers for purchases. I am employed at Major Bank as a Service Manager, this type of behavior and appearance is unacceptable. I am sure is not within Your Company Standards.
