The best rental car services I had before. I was there with my family and we were receive with a shuttle service from Orlando International Airport to their offices, just 3 or 4 miles. At office the served us soft drinks while Facility Team were with us to finish the pick up protocol. The car was amazing, a SUV Luxury with all our request. Safe car, big enough for us, no trouble with any insurance, everything was clear with all payments and deposit and more. Returning the vehicle we received the same shuttle getting back to airport.Really I recommend this company for a future and for next booksAlso they speak english, spanish and portuguese

Do not rent from this rental company. Look for another one! The service until you close is excellent and friendly. After you close, they treat you poorly, there is no transparency in the information. I only rented it because I hadn't read the negative reviews on Google. I paid an all-inclusive price for an SUV car and received a sedan. Well run car. I agreed that they would deliver us to the airport and that I would not have to pay for parking. But they left the car in the parking lot at 10 am and my time was 4:30 pm. I had to pay 25 dollars for parking. They asked for a photo of the card, but I didn't send it because I saw many reports that they charge and don't refund it. I hired everything inclusive, tolls and everything. So I didn't send a photo of the card because I'm not stupid enough to get hit. I felt like a fool. A Brazilian is outwitting another Brazilian. I didn't have anything to do, I went on a trip and everything went well. I didn't have any complications, but I was scared from the first day until the moment I delivered. The influencers who advertise don't know them, they just earn money to advertise. Go to regular rental stores. Or to Florida reantal car, or to Up in Orlando. I picked up this car in Miami. Avoid this rental company. Run away. They go to poplar and so on.

This was the worst experience of my life talking about car rental.I rented a convertible and i made the payment on my credit card, in Brazil.the reservation was for 5 days with the total price of $490.00.My reservation was scheduled for 9Am on february 16 , an it ended on february 21.I talked to Mr. Rodrigo from the FACILITY (the company), informing I wuld be an hour late to pick up the car, he told me it was okay, an that the car went to be there.When I arrived to pick up the car, the receptionist told me that my reservation has been canceled, and they told me to pay a fee of $147, saying that the car that I rented wasn't available anymore, and that it was a fee for the late pick up.I reached up to the owner by the phone and he was really rude, saying I had a really big luck that I didn't lose the total payment of $490.I paid the fee, and the car was just with 1/4 of gas, super dirty and I didn't get a receipt as a proof of the cancellation.I read the contract, and it didn't say anything about, late pick up fee or something like that.Definitely the worst experience of my life when it comes to car rental. My reservation was from 9 am on February 16th and ended at 9 am on February 21st. One day before picking up the car, I contacted Mr. Rodrigo from Facility, to find out if everything was ok with the reservation, and he replied yes. However, I arrived at the Facility office after 9 am to collect the car and was surprised by the following news. They told me that my reservation had been canceled due to my delay, I questioned it, saying that the reservation had been paid via credit card, and that 2 installments of the total of 6 had already been debited. They still charged me $147 for canceling the reservation. , and Mr. Rodrigo was extremely rude, saying that I was still lucky, because he could charge me the full amount of $490 and I wouldn't even get the car. I thought it was absurd, I paid for the 5 days reservation in advance, theoretically the car should be available to me regardless of the time, as I paid for the 5 days. Anyway, in order not to lose my vacation, I paid the absurd amount of $147, they handed me the car, dirty inside, and the tank with ¼ full of fuel, and without any proof of cancellation of the reservation. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company to anyone, anyone at all.

I rented a car with Facility Rent A Car in November 2022. Payment was made with my credit card and paid in 6 installments.The Car was picked up at Miami Airport on 12/24/22. Delivery is via Message and there is no person to guide you, however it is simple and was well handled, however upon delivery we were asked for a card to debit $1,000 dollars which upon returning the vehicle would be returned.We went through the trip without any complications, the vehicle was good and it was returned on 01/15/23 at around 6:30 pm in the same place as picked up and upon return we also requested a refund of the amount charged to our card. IMPORTANT: it is not a security short but a debt which was paid by me when the card expires.This amount has not been returned to me to this day and it is important to say that I have already sent countless emails, countless messages and my case has still not been resolved!The company never sent me any email giving me satisfaction on the matter, but instead sent 01 email saying that the problem is with the operator they work for and that they have no position to pass on to us.A series of emails and WattsApp messages have already been sent and Mr. Rodrigo, the owner of the company, has said on several occasions that there is no point in sending messages via the app as the Commercial cannot do anything in this regard. In other words, we have no position, we cannot send messages and we have no position.I inform everyone who is going to rent any vehicle with this company, that unfortunately I am going through this and you could go through this too. Today there are 78 calendar days and 56 business days that I have been waiting for the return of my money, which converted into reais amounts to almost R$6 thousand.I really hope that I wasn't fooled by this Mr. and I am definitely very disappointed with the situation. I hope it gets resolved as soon as possible.BUT BE WARNED THAT YOU MAY ALSO EXPERIENCE THISI must say that what happened happened, but we were compensated and the problem was resolved!A few months later my father-in-law rented it for 15 days and everything was perfect!

My overall experience was amazing! I called right before closing and they stayed and assisted me with my rental. The staff was extremely helpful and they even offered an easy return with a key dropbox. We will definitely be renting with them again!!!

Féra staff, show service and new cars... they picked me up at the Fort Launderdale maritime passenger terminal and then upon delivery, they picked us up at the hotel within the Universal complex and dropped us off at the airport... this transfer had a small cost, but I recommend it because they already know the boarding location, according to the airline you are going to travel with.

The Facility team is amazing, they picked us up at the airport and took us to the pickup location. At their office we were well received, we had a coffee and used their facilities, this way the pick up was more peaceful and calm, after all we had 4 children and suitcases.The cars they offered were clean and new, perfect for our vacation. During the vehicle rental, they helped us choose the best model to suit us and they were “perfect” as the suggested choice was perfect.I highly recommend the company, both for the attention, service and quality in all details of the rental.
