I was extremely pleased with Extra Mile's work as I was stuck in quite a conundrum. I had several delicate items that were part of a collection that I needed moved overseas. I found out it is (usually) both very difficult and very expensive to do this.I can honestly say I looked everywhere I could think of. I contacted companies in both countries but neither was truly aware of the other countries regulations and were very clear that they couldn't guarantee the outcome. So does this mean they will return my stuff? No, it more than likely means my precious collection would be lost in some international limbo! Just the thought that my precious items could get stuck in some customs office overseas held me aghast!I got the suggestion to just mail my stuff. That apparently was not only unbelievably expensive but not everything could be shipped! (I mean, look at the huge pile of boxes I had to send!) This was due to a plethora of restrictions, as to why they exist is anyone's guess!I had already given up when I got a tip on this company. Ok let's try one last time before I go looking for a nice padded room... Since extra mile's logistics professionals are conversant in both countries logistics regulations, they were able to not only navigate this confusing nightmare, but we're able to do it for a more than decent price! Truly I had heard unbelievable sums from companies that didn't want to take everything and didn't guarantee the outcome to boot!I was frankly awed that they not only shipped my materials but did so quickly and better yet "delicately"! After all, it's my precious collection!I'm extremely pleased with the results, not only are they insanely better than any alternative but they are actually capable of the jobs that these big name companies are unable to complete.Incredible job Extra Mile, keep it up!
