While the Ethan Allen purchases we have made for multiple rooms have been of the highest quality and workmanship, our experience with Austin Hippchen at both the Orlando and Viera locations has been exceptional. He is an astute listener, has a fabulous eye for fabrics and has great ideas. Austin treats our interest in smaller items with as much importance and enthusiasm as the larger pieces. He has made the process of furnishing our home a complete pleasure.
We have also been impressed with each of your delivery teams, who handled each item with tremendous care. Your warranty and scheduling teams have been extremely pleasant as well.
We are customers for life and our purchases have inspired out of town friends to work with EA in another state. It all started with Austin, a true professional and all around tremendous person...thank you for your contributions in making our house a home!!!

This review is not only for Ethan Allen products but more specifically for Jessica Nazario. Jessica is a true professional in every sense of the word. She listened to what we liked, disliked and the vision we had. She came up with suggestions and a design that was beyond what we imagined. Besides that, she always had coloring books and activities to keep our crew of crazy kids busy during our design meetings. We all looked forward to our appointments. Our space is simply beautiful. We are lifelong customers and will always go to Jessica with all of our design needs.

This is our go-to store for our home furnishing needs. Starting with Mercedes in Sales. Incredible designer with taste and vision. Incredibly patient and not afraid to play devils advocate with ideas. Kevin and Luis on the delivery/set-up side are awesome! Super professional, timely, and skilled.
Those 3 are the reason we continue to utilize Ethan Allen for our home’s decor.

Over the past several months we have had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Donovan from the design team in the Orlando Store and have found her to be professional and knowledgeable. She is an absolute joy to work with. After visiting our condo Jennifer was able to help us select fabrics and furniture pieces that really achieved the vision we had and complemented our existing furniture. Also, with her assistance we have been able to place pieces within other residences next to Ethan Allen pieces from many years ago. In every case we have found the products to meet or exceed our expectations.For the last shipment the delivery was handled by Taylor and Raymundo. Both men gave us the care and attention to detail that we have seen with every delivery to each location. They are professional and strive to do a great job.We would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for quality furniture and a first-class service experience. Absolutely five-star.

We had the opportunity to work with designer, Jennifer Donovan at the Orlando Ethan Allen store, and would like to express our gratitude for the superb decorating services we received.Coming into the store we were looking at an overwhelming process, so many choices! Jennifer has a great communication style and put us at ease instantly. She listened thoroughly and came back with recommendations that combined what we were looking for, balanced with her design expertise. The design knowledge she shared help us make better, more informed decisions with the bonus of turning the shopping process into a fun and enjoyable experience. Jennifer helped create rooms that are both functional and beautiful.Our positive experience continued after we placed our order. Keren in scheduling was accommodating and worked with us for delivery dates. The delivery drivers Ray and Taylor were attentive and careful with the new furniture and our home. Gregg, the drapery installer was very detailed and made sure all drapes hung same length and spaced beautifully.As you would expect with a large purchase of many items, there were a few small things that needed attention. Maryann and Kevin in customer service handled them promptly, professionally and made everything as it should be.We are very pleased with the services we received from beginning of the process to end.

Incredible experience with Ethan Allen. From working with our Designer, Alexandra Elizee to receiving the finished products, everything was Top Notch! Alex is a very talented Interior Designer with a keen eye to find the perfect pieces. Their delivery drivers, Kevin and Taylor were very professional and took great care in the delivering and placement of our new furniture. Kevin and Taylor were by far, the best delivery team we have ever had.
