We used Estes SureMove for our recent PCS, and have so much good to say about the experience. The price was phenomenal, our drivers were very communicative, and we appreciated the thorough explanation of usage upon the trailer’s arrival. We are more than pleased, and look forward to contacting them again in 4 years once PCS season comes for us again.

Estes Sure Move is the right place to go I moved from West Texas to Florida about 1700 miles away. They offer the best price compared to all of those rental trucks company including Uhaul, Penske , Budget, etc. I saved about 800 dollars and I didn’t need to drive or pay for the fuel (extra 800 dollars in savings) ! If I ever move again I will use there service.

This is the second time we've moved across country with Estes! They have always been right on time. The drivers have always been above and beyond kind and respectful. We've never had any of our belongings break. They are very upfront about pricing and we've never gotten a surprise bill or extra charge. Transparent, kind, and do the job we hire them for - what more could you ask?? Thanks Estes!

Estes SureMove is a great customer. Picking up their freight at one terminal and dropping off at the other is an easy process. Loads are ready at the pickup usually early. At the drop off, the yard hostler typically has me drop the trailer where I stand. Drop and hook at it's best.

It was a pleasure working with Estes Suremove for my out of state move from NJ to Florida. They made my move seamless and effortless. I used Estes Sure Move for a 1000 mile move and it went perfectly. From The moment I spoke with Heather to coordinate everything to the time when the gentleman dropped off the trailer and then another nice gentleman picked up the trailer. I probably spoke to 15 delivery companies before I decided on Estes. I decided to cut out the middleman and use their direct moving company. When the trailer arrived in Florida everything was just as it should be. We ended up using 4 foot less space and they credit me back the difference. If you’re looking for a moving company and you want to save money and do it yourself this is the best way to go. The times were accurate, the people were nice and courteous, and it was way cheaper than the container companies which would not guarantee times! Also they actually answer the phone when you have questions unlike all the container companies! Do yourself a favor make your move less stressful and book Estes Sure Move. Thank you!!!!

I had an out-of-state move from FL to DE, which was very stressful. Everything went as planned. They were on time with both pickup and delivery. There was contact between myself and Estes throughout the entire process, responding to emails and voice messages promptly. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and courteous from the customer services reps to the drivers to the men at the terminal. I had to empty trailer at their terminal only because I had no place for them to drop it off. All of my belongings were exactly as I had packed them. I would highly recommend them. I had no issues whatsoever. It was a very pleasant experience.

Hello!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using straps on your furnishings and boxes, because it will secure your itemsAs far as the company, I felt reassured with the communication and delivery of my items. They were polite and concise with the business transaction and I had complete confidence in the move.

Both pickup and delivery drivers were excellent. They dropped the trailer exactly where I requested and were very friendly. The dispatching group was also helpful in coordinating the exact time. I would have given a 5th star except for their call center hours are very east coast friendly (which means in PST you dont have call support later in the day).

We used Estes SureMove to move Office and Manufacturing equipment to from Florida to Rhode Island. ShureMove provided a quote and time table for the move. They were on time and schedule for every step of the process. the kept us informed of the progress of the move via email and phone. All the people we dealt with were courteous and professional. they moved 2 28ft full trailers loads for us. Same experience both times.

I have been shopping around for months to find a company to coordinate my out-of-state move and Estes came through on all levels. Not only were they affordable (especially compared to others), but they were able to get everything scheduled and delivered my belongings within a week. They responded to every question promptly every time I called as if I was there only customer. I highly recommend using their services.
