The absolute WORST WORST WORST experience ever. After 5 months of fighting with their Prior Authorization dept for a medicine I have been taking for 2 years. Envolve has decided it’s not medically necessary and continues to come up with excuses as to why they shouldn’t approve it. Medically necessary??? I’m a diabetic who has never had his glucose levels controlled except while taking Ozempic which had them within the normal “no -diabetic” range. Simply unbelievable the stupidity of people involved in deciding my health outcomes because a medicine is expensive. I’d say this is worth an investigation by regulators! Don’t use them…I’m telling you, it’s truly that bad!

It takes so long for my supplies to get seht to me. Ordered on the first three days of the month and it still has not arrived. Takes 30 days or longer ! Not happy at all. Further more it's never easy to reach a Rep and when you do they are very rude. Kindness goes along way!! They have a job because of people like me ordering. Have been trying to reach them about my order and I have been on very looooong holds and no body answers you just get recordings of the same message of them being with you shortly. This has been rediculously like this for three months. My stuff is never and I'm constantly contacting them. I always get we have no idea but your stuff hasnt left the warehouse. If it was their stuff they would be upset too. You need to hire employees that aren't just there for the $$ that truly care about people !! Phone lines - do they only have one person manning the phones? Their app doesn't work very well. Awful place !! They needed to get things right !!!

They sent me an automated blood pressure machine that does not work and he called him and told him he does not work they said we can’t do anything about that terrible company to deal with

I gave 1 star because I had no other options. They are horrible. My doctor submitted PA and it was denied for asthma inhaler. Then he changed the medication 2 more times after that and still no luck. So I had to call and try to figure out what they will cover and all Emmanuel could tell me is that most medications will require a prior auth over and over again and did not want to help me nor did he want to let me speak to a supervisor.

As a physician, calling to get a prior authorization at this pharmacy is a cumbersome process that is disrespectful to both the clinical team and the patient. It appears the goal of this pharmacy is to deny patients access to medications and thus harm the patients.

App doesn’t work and no one answers emails or the phone. They are getting paid by my insurance company to do over the counter stuff and they make it impossible to order so they get money and don’t need to send you your items.
