This place is dump. All the 5 star reviews must’ve been bought or they are bots because ain’t no way. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Doesn’t matter how “kind” the office staff may or may not be if the units are unlivable.
— they got roaches Don’t matter how clean you keep your house or if pest control sprays, the roaches are your roommates that don’t pay rent.
— 8-12 people stuff themselves into an apartment. Multiple families packed into a unit, which is clearly a lease violation but these ppl don’t care.
— pools are never open. The back one has had a hole in the fence for over a year. Unfortunately, this place won’t be happy until something tragic happens because of it.
— non-residents live and sleep overnight at the pool.
— trash and broken beer bottles all over the premises

The initial vibe when I get in the leasing was very welcoming. Jessy is so awesome! She is very approachable and helpful to me and went above and beyond to provide me all the information I need. I appreciate her effort a lot and she is doing a great job. The complex is big and the parking space is really spacious which is a big plus. I had fun with the studio and 1 bedroom tour. The units are very decent. The amenities are very nice. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you so much!

I have been living in this beautiful place for 5 years. The office staff assists me kindly and the maintenance staff is very efficient. I recommend one hundred percent!!!!

I give 5 stars because of the good work from the office staff precisely Valerie and Jessenia. The have been very helpful since the beginning and they remain like that. As for the maintenance team, they need to improve because the complex gets bad reputation because of them.

The staff at enclave is nice especially Valerie and Jesse, they are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Any problems got fix in a timely manner so far, I will definitely refer this place to others.

If the good is more than the bad, then it's clear that I can give a few stars but front office do their jobs well, especially Valerie also Jessenia, my five star is because of their hard work and dedication to help the tenants. It would've been better if maintenance department do their part as well.
