worse maintenance they don’t fix anything and also close out work orders that aren’t done also there is a guy that does exercise classes and i can’t use the gym

Inside of apartment is nice I like our unit it’s updated, maintenance is super slow takes weeks to come in to fix anything even emergencies like leaks. Gates do not work properly they don’t give you a gate code for guest so that leaves you going to the gate to let guest in and food delivery services. When the office is closed on Sundays EVERY Sunday to be exact many residents ride four wheelers and dirt bikes throughout the community in the street and in the grass areas extremely fast and of course it’s loud and cars blast music after office hours that shakes the windows. Pool has been closed all summer BOTH POOLS they are also
Chain locked so you can’t go tan or use bbq grills. However it is cleaned weekly to keep up the illusion for future residence, when we moved in it was an excuse. When I asked I was told the pump was broken it’s been two months and every week there is a new excuse about the owners giving them the runaround about price of the parts. I personally spoke to many residence and they said it’s was always closed in the past as well. Gym stinks and there have been many altercations in parking lot we just try to stay inside as we don’t feel the safest.
Would not recommend I ignored the reviews please don’t make that mistake.

Greetings to all,
I am just in awe with my leasing office. I was having some financial issues and just for them to tell me they will be able to give me an extention to pay my rent just made my day. I am able to continue to take care of my boys during these trying times. I am a single mother of 2 boys and their fathers do not help. So, if you looking for an apartpartment that is willing to help. Come the the famous Ellery Apartments.... They are the BEST!❤️

Nice community however I'm paying alot of money for maintenance to take 2 months to fix problems in my unit and half of it was this way when moved in here. Don't move here

I stayed in this property since 2014 I love the apartment I love the people that work in the office. But I’m fear for my safety and my kids safety they need to put cameras in the property and lights my car was break into I don’t feel safe

There has been an ongoing issue since late April of 2023. Property was made aware in May of 2023 The issue was not resolved with the AC unit until 7/20/23.
I have spoken with everyone in the office office, including the property manager multiple times to resolve this matter also ask for the regional reps information as she has not been forthcoming.
I have exhausted all resources in an attempt to resolve issue :
1. Contacting Duke Energy ( on multiple occasions) :
asking for any adjustments/ payment assistance to be made due to the issue with AC > Duke Energy replied they were unable to provide any credits due to it was not a Duke Energy issue , getting meter readings / diagnostic tests
2. Paying $250 Toward each Bill ( A bit more as Florida had Rising temperatures and makeup a one time late fee) My normal bill is aound $189 / Mo.
3. Has called the office multiple occasions , also took off work on various dates to discuss payment arragements and never received a call in refrence to any payment or resolution
4.Was advised the regional representative would be contacted in August and still to no avail.
To confirm per conversation on 08/11/2023 with ( Dynelle ) property manager I did accept the payment plan. The first installment was due September 30th 2023 for $1,335.52. On September 1st 2023 I brought in the letter for the installment plan from Duke Energy, the leasing agent Vincent made copies and placed them on the property manager's desk.
At this time I have yet to receive an update or response.
At this time I have paid both installments out of pocket which has put me in a financial and emotional hardship as compensation has never been provided for what is known as a property issue.

Decent place to stay but gym is not 24/7 due to back door being broken can’t access and it is a gated apartment but the gates don’t work……office staff never answer phone or return calls….

I have lived at Ellery At Lake Sherwood for over 2 years. And the Supervisor over the maintenance department Fernando goes over and beyond to make residents feel at home .He make sure anytime I call or need an repair or put a work order in he is always here to help .He is very professional and goes over and beyond to make sure he completes his task. He will also come back and check to make sure the repair that he made or fixed is working properly .Thank you Fernando for the Great work .

I’ve been having dryer problems since 9/29/22 yes almost a year I’ve been to the office several times this dryer have my light bill about $130 more monthly all I’m getting from the office is broken promises good luck if your considering this place I just wanna cry oh yeah emailing tge corporate is pointless as well they will not respond
