  I came into Janice shop on 1/17/20 to get a few business shirts embroidered. When I met her, her energy was just off but I looked pasted it and continue asking questions about getting my shirts, she was a bit rude durning the conversation but I just wanted to get my shirts so she had told me the pricing and to email her ai file to get the embroidered shirt and then I left. This morning I looked at my email and she cancelled my order and basically told me to go and find another business to get it done at. Makes no sense I wanted to do business with her, and she lost what could've been a long time customer.

  We use Howland for all of our apparel needs, even in a crunch, Janice was able to go above and beyond our needs. She is a very passionate and reliable business owner that does a fantastic job. Support local small business, we will be using Howland for all of our current and future uniform and promo materials!
