On holiday on second last day had a look on Edwin's wedsite for golf trousers had my size so decided to take a trip to shop in Orlando shop asked a shop assistant if they had my size only to be told what they had was on the racks suggest an update app or more helpful staff a waste of time

Customer service is excellent. Not in a get you to buy the newest shiny thing way, but in a genuinely looking out for you kind of way.Ben is always kind and informative. You just get the vibe all the employees are just looking out for your best interest and that’s pretty comforting being a beginner in golf.Ya don’t know what ya don’t know; and these guys fill in the gaps easy.

Got a good deal on some pre owned Ping woods and good trade in on my old woods. To me, Edwin Watts is the place to shop for golf.

Lots of friendly staff and excellent selection. Many of us come into use the putting green and the virtual driving range---so please lower the air conditioning. It's always hot! Also, the music selection needs to be revamped. Some songs are so depressing it makes you feel like you your going to triple bogey

They said they buy golf clubs and even gave me a price range. Then when I showed up, they just said they weren't interested even withiut looking at them. Wasted over an hour of my time.

Visited Edwin’s yesterday after searching high and low for a decent deal on a golf bag. Not only did I find a great deal but I also had the pleasure of working with Derrick. A US Army Veteran who engaged with me in such a kind hearted way that any veteran that golfs should ask to work with Derrick and should visit this establishment. Great all around family vibe and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again Derrick for your service, both to this country and to the customer. 39 and half gold stars for you!

Brain the manager is a true gentleman, I bought a second hand sim 2 from them with a custom shaft but upon further inspection there was cracking towards where the shaft means the head, he immediately switched it out and let me demo a shaft for the round I was playing no questions asked and the shaft he let me demo performed exactly how my old one had, the staff is also super helpful and got me dialed in with some used Vokey wedges for very cheap, around 125$ for three barely used clubs and traded my m5 for a discount on the sim 2, overall just changing my wedges and drives has improved my scoring by 4-6 strokes due to me actually hitting fairways off the tee with my driver instead of doing a search and sweep of the general area right of the fairway , hope that the new shaft arrives soon so I can post pictures it's absolutely perfect

I always have a good experience at the Edwin Watts. I have purchased several clubs from this location and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. They make sure I find what I am looking for and answer any questions I have.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Not sure how many worked there, maybe 6 or 7. Not one offered any help and most watched us as we moved around the store. This was the worst part, with one sales person commenting on our hitting while trying out clubs (and hitting a bad shot). Never had this kind of service at any other Edwin Watts store. Head over to the PGA Superstore next door and skip this place.

What a nice little mom and pop golf shop! Well stocked and organized. Today Brandon outfitted me with all new titleist. Store is run by real players not real posers. Will certainly go back.
