I brought a last minute outfit for a Doja Cat concert. I went to 6 stores to find a specific outfit in my size granted I’m a very curvy girl. I was able to snag the last black lace jumpsuit I wanted and I promised I would share my picture ❤️ I hope you ladies are doing well thank you for all your help!

The owner of this location is very nice and knowledgeable about all designer brands. Her store carries everything from dresses to wallets to shirts to handbangs to shoes and there are brands like Gucci, Chanel, Jimmy Choo, Burberry, and more. Everything is priced well too! I highly recommend stopping by. This location just opened up and is typically by appointment only now so I recommend making a call and stopping by to see what they have!

Google says the shop is opened on Saturday. We drove all the way out there to see the open sign still on, the sign on the door says open and the hours on the door says open until 5 pm on Saturday. The door was locked, so we called only to get the owner saying, oh yeah, we close at 2 now, sorry. Kinda sorry, not sorry. What a disappointment. Could've left a paper sign on the door orsomething.

I come to this particular store often to sell clothes as it's usually not as high-volume as the Kissimmee (The Loop) store. Recently I was able to sell a large amount for $450ish, the girl that I spoke with then was great and attentive-- even when she didn't know something she made sure to tell me that she wasn't sure and that she'll check to verify. However, I just left picking up my clothes from a different associate who gave me the weirdest attitude when telling her I was just checking to see if my clothes were done being priced and that I never received a text message (2 hours after drop off). She practically barked back at me exclaiming that they sent me a text message and that she was trying to get my name to check if they were mine. Brown haired girl, I'm sure you're not having a bad day as there was no one in the store, so please don't translate your personal issues into horrible customer service skills.

Just wasted 1 hour to visit this boutique only to find they were closed. My drive included the 429 plus the Turnpike (both ways). I called and she said they were closed. No apology or explanation. Just “oh yea we’re closed today”. I understand sometimes there are emergencies but it would be helpful to update their social media or something so people don’t waste their time. Supposedly they are open on Saturdays. They came highly recommended too. Disappointed.

I really hesitate to give this place more stars. So I'm sticking with one. From the minute I walked in, the ambience was off and the employees are just really rude and ill mannered. I brought in 2 lightly filled trash bags full of cute, lightly used brand name items. I was probably one of the only people in there. One of the girls at the front had me fill out a paper and told me it'll be ready in an hour. So off I went to grab some grub and hang out at some other shops nearby. I came back an hour later and she hadn't touched my bags at all. I was told to wait on a bench by the fitting rooms and not at the counter. I was getting a little upset and it was visibly showing but I grit my teeth and pressed on. In the time I sat and then finally got up and impatiently walked around, I periodically glanced over at the counter and this chick was on her phone, had gossiped with other employees, and even stopped to have a full blown conversation with someone who stopped by to visit. I waited way over an hour for her to sort through my items. Finally, she had been done and failed to let me know until I approached her. Had I not said something, I'm pretty sure she would have had me waiting longer. In the end, I walked out with almost 20 bucks for about 4-5 items. I was told that my style is better received at other Plato's Closet locations. That's fine. Those are rated better anyway and the people seem less miserable. Let's just talk about human decency here for a minute, or maybe just idk customer service since that's what retail heavily is. It costs literally nothing to smile and greet a customer, maybe be kinder? My attitude only comes out when provoked and I was having a pretty good morning so I wasn't about to let some sad chick ruin it. The whole atmosphere of this store is depressing, dirty, and it starts with the expressions and demeanor of the employees. Why the p*** faces and unnecessary attitude? Do yourselves a favor and save yourself the trip and avoid this place or drive the extra few miles over to another Plato's Closet. It's just not worth the frustration.

Neon yellow beams and columns frame white paneled celestials. Glistening fluorescent moons shine down on jean's, colored pants, shorts, long sleeve shirts, sweaters, belts, hats and T's. Dusty red/yellow footprints were marked with Jordan's, Chuck Taylor, New Balance, and Nike.

A friend and I were in Orlando for a conference and we stumbled upon this cute little shop. I needed cheap flip flops because mine literally broke in the parking lot. We had so much fun trying stuff on. Edna understood what we liked and brought stuff to try on. She had some high end stuff and some regular too but all were priced super reasonable. I bought the cutest pant suit for my cruise! It was some brand Macy's carries and good quality for $20! It was a delight to meet her too. Thanks Edna!

This is the nicest, most friendly Plato's Closet. Amanda was especially helpful and explained why certain items were accepted and others rejected. Her customer service skills are excellent. I drive much further to go to this Plato's Closet and it's because of the staff! Keep up the great work!

Walked in to sell clothes and waited close to 1 hr 45min and still didn't see my name on the board but saw my bag just sitting there. I went to walk to the girl at the counter where you sell clothes asking if my bag was complete or not. In the rudest way she said "I'm with a sale right now" while no customers were around her and she was literally just going through another persons bag they brought in. Sorry that was so confidential that you couldn't just take a second to tell me my bag was in fact done and she just forgot to write it on the board. Thanks for wasting my time. The other girl there at the register was nice though.
